not feeling Halloween this year. I usually love it but my youngest is now pretty old and he doesn't want to hang around with me on Halloween anymore. It's fine he's allowed to live his life but I'm bummed 🫤😕
Want to see a guy dislocate his shoulder at will to get over a hammerlock?

been watching a lot of old WWWF shows lately, lots of MSG and Boston Garden stuff.
a lot it it really horrible (lol) but some of it is so great.
The Executioners are awesome. Totally awesome look & Killer Kowalski somehow could still go at 50+. Nothing flashy but I enjoy it.
You see a LOT of names come through that would go on to make it "big" later on. It's fun seeing a lot of guys like a Kevin Sullivan early on trying to figure things out.
And then you get Andre in his younger years still able to go or Blassie rambling and being awesome doing it.
the best part really though is seeing how some of these guys were able to work such simple spots for such heat. obviously, the crowd was a lot more willing to "invest" in that kind of thing back then but watching these guys work 10 minutes headlock spots...
Just watched Iron Mike Sharpe and Tony Garea work a headlock spot for about 10 minutes and the crowd thought it was awesome and so did I.
I thought it was kind of obviously who the masked guy in NOAH is because what Japanese guy looks other than Ishikawa looks like him?
