کس نے سوچا تھا کہ میانوالی، جہلم، جھنگ، وہاڑی، قصور، بہاولنگر اور شیخوپورہ جیسے شہروں میں بھی جدید ترین طبی سہولیات سے آراستہ، عالمی معیار کی کارڈیک کیتھ لیبز (Cardiac Cath Labs) کے ذریعے دل کے امراض کا جدید ترین علاج ممکن ہو سکے گا!
اور یہ تو ابھی آغاز ہے! اس ماہ خانیوال، بھکر اور ٹوبہ ٹیک سنگھ میں مزید چار کیتھ لیبز فعال کرنے کا منصوبہ ہے۔
یہ تمام سہولیات سمبلی (مری)، سرگودھا اور ساہیوال میں پہلے سے موجود جدید ترین کارڈیک مراکز کے علاوہ ہیں۔
میرے لیے یہ محض طبی سہولیات کے نیٹ ورک میں توسیع نہیں، بلکہ ایک خواب، ایک مشن اور ایک عزم ہے کہ جدید اور معیاری طبی سہولیات ہر شہری کو اس کے اپنے ضلع میں میسر ہوں، تاکہ کسی مریض کی زندگی بچانے کے لیے اسے اپنے شہر اور گھر بار سے دور نہ جانا پڑے۔
میری خواہش ہے کہ وہ دن آئے جب کسی مریض یا اس کے اہلِ خانہ کو یہ نہ سننا پڑے:
“اس کو لاہور لے جائیں!”
A Dream Turning into Reality: Taking World-Class Cardiac Care to the Doorsteps of Our People!
Who would have imagined that state-of-the-art cardiac treatment, supported by internationally high-standard Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories (Cath Labs), would become available in cities like Mianwali, Jhelum, Jhang, Vehari, Kasur, Bahawalnagar and Sheikhupura?
And this is just the beginning! Four more Cath Labs are planned to become operational this month in Khanewal, Bhakkar and Toba Tek Singh.
These facilities are in addition to the state-of-the-art cardiac care services already available at Samli (Murree), Sargodha and Sahiwal.
For me, this is more than an expansion of healthcare infrastructure. It is a dream, a mission and a personal endeavour: to bring advanced, quality healthcare to people in their own districts, so that access to life-saving treatment is no longer determined by where they live.
I want to see a day when no patient or family has to be told:

I spoke to the girl myself and told her that she should slap the man as many times as he had slapped her. But she said that, for her, it was enough that the government had made her feel protected, cared for, and assured that justice was on her side.

In a recent rape case, it was revealed that the accused’s wealthy family allegedly offered 1.5–2 crore to the victim in exchange for withdrawing her allegations, despite her statement already having been recorded under Section 164. It was further alleged that the judge who granted bail to the accused had also been bribed. If these allegations are true, they raise deeply disturbing questions about the integrity of the justice system and the vulnerability of rape survivors to financial pressure and the misuse of power. I will continue to keep a close eye on such cases to ensure that no rapist or perpetrator escapes justice simply because he has money, influence, or connections. Justice must never be for sale, and no one should be above the law.

یہ اُن بگڑے ہوئے اور مغرور لوگوں کے منہ پر ایک زوردار طمانچہ ہے جو غریبوں کو اپنے سے کمتر انسان سمجھتے ہیں اور یہ گمان کرتے ہیں کہ دولت اور طاقت کے بل بوتے پر وہ قانون سے بالاتر ہو سکتے ہیں اور جو چاہیں کر کے بچ نکلیں گے۔
بطور وزیرِ اعلیٰ پنجاب، میں مظلوموں کے ساتھ کھڑی ہوں، چاہے اُن پر ظلم کرنے والا کتنا ہی طاقتور کیوں نہ ہو۔ کسی کی دولت، اثر و رسوخ یا سیاسی تعلقات اُسے قانون کے کٹہرے میں جواب دہ ہونے سے نہیں بچا سکتے۔
انصاف صرف امیر اور طاقتور لوگوں کا حق نہیں، بلکہ ہر شہری کا بنیادی حق ہے۔ قانون سے بالاتر کوئی نہیں، اور کسی مظلوم کو محض اس لیے تنہا نہیں چھوڑا جا سکتا کہ اُس کے خلاف کھڑا ہونے والا شخص دولت اور طاقت رکھتا ہے۔
میرا عزم واضح ہے: مظلوم کو انصاف دلانے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کی جائے گی، اور کسی کو بھی اپنے پیسے یا طاقت کے بل بوتے پر قانون سے بچ نکلنے کا حق نہیں دیا جا سکتا-
This is a tight slap in the face of those entitled, spoiled brats who look down upon the poor as if they were lesser human beings. They arrogantly believe that money and power put them above the law, allowing them to exploit, intimidate, and act with impunity.
Let me make one thing absolutely clear: As Chief Minister of Punjab, I stand firmly with the oppressed, regardless of how powerful their oppressors may be. No amount of wealth, influence, or political connections should enable anyone to escape accountability. Justice is not a privilege reserved for the rich and powerful; it is a fundamental right of every citizen. No one is above the law, and no victim should ever have to fight alone simply because the perpetrator has money or influence.
