I count my blessings every single day.
This one makes the list. George getting his laptop back affects (positively) every former shareholder of @MetaMaterialTec.
We are luckier than we know.
God is on our side; I know it to be true.
🙏😎💛🦋⚖️
Thank you George for being the man of integrity and determination that you are.

All my laptop contents are with the trustee in a forensic copy readily accessible. As a reminder, when the company asked me to deliver my laptop in q1 2024 (several months after my departure), I asked them to do a forensic copy of all its contents. The MMAT management were refusing this.
After having lawyers involved I managed to “convince THEM” that I would pay $1500 to have my laptop contents forensically copied… now consider how INSANE is it for a former CEO who has the highest exposure, to be the one asking the company to keep the data intact and then having to offer to pay to FORENSICALLY keep ths data within the corporation, eh?
What’s more than insane, is that instead of having my laptop stored safely, they SHIPPED my laptop from the outside Counsel’s offices to our factory in Quebec which a few weeks later was SOLD TO AUTHENTIX, placed inside a wooden crate (photo for proof)… along with the entire Server hardware with all personnel files and corporate history records that was REMOVED from Halifax HQ and shipped over to the same Quebec factory location…
And we only found out because the Canadian Trustee with my help found out that the server got removed in the process… just in time before the Authentix deal. Imagine opening these crates expecting to find the server… and the FIRST item on top is the CEO’s laptop…

Charles Payne, it’s still here, trying to assist the 124,000 potential MMTLP shareholders. Meanwhile, you chose to misguide and mislead them into believing that you would help them. You were supposed to get them the share count.
Instead, you turned your back on them.

The crime against MMTLP is clear: People sold shares they didn’t have, then they used connections with regulators to bury the crime.
President Trump’s public company was shorted and distorted by the same criminals in 2004. Bill @pulte and his grandfather fought the same criminals from destroying Pulte Homes in 2016. Now they are both in a position to fix the problem for good!

“..Almost a year ago, you had the new commissioner, Paul Adkins, on here, and you asked him point blank, and he said, suffice it to say, we’re going to take care of investors.
HE HASN’T DONE A THING FOR US
So I still have faith that Paul Adkins might do the right thing, but at some point, enough is enough.
HE’S GOT TO STEP UP
This is just not the America we pledged our allegiance to.”

What if Greg McCabe is onto something much bigger?
The overseas short-selling mechanisms aren't hypothetical. UBS and Deutsche Bank have the regulatory records to prove it.

Thank you, @cvpayne for hosting Mr. Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, to discuss #MMTLP.
As you said, I do hope the people up in D.C. were listening. However, I'll add one more to that - the people up in D.C. need to appropriately resolve this issue for those financially harmed by the SRO's and financial firms responsible. Mr. @POTUS @realDonaldTrump needs to make it happen!
58%. $2.13 trillion. 18 years.
Three numbers that explain why market transparency deserves a much bigger conversation.
58%: The proportion of American adults who reported owning stocks in Gallup’s April 2026 survey, down from 62% in 2025. That includes investments through mutual funds and retirement accounts. Market integrity matters to ordinary families building their future. [source 1 below]
$2.13 trillion: The reported value of short positions across US and Canadian equities in July 2026, according to reporting citing S3 Partners. Short selling serves legitimate purposes. At this scale, transparent and reliable records should be a basic expectation. How much of this figure is a measure of illegal activity? [2]
18 years: The span from Congress’s 2010 Dodd-Frank mandate for greater short-sale transparency to the first Form SHO filings now scheduled for February 2028. These filings go to the SEC; public disclosure will be aggregated, rather than identifying individual managers’ positions. [3]
Against that backdrop, Greg McCabe’s appearance with @cvpayne Charles Payne brings an important shareholder issue to a wider audience.
Nearly four years after the MMTLP trading halt, shareholders continue to seek clarity about their holdings and how the records reconcile.
I’m proud that Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has engaged BlueLedger as its first issuer client to independently examine fragmented securities records and investigate potential discrepancies.
Our responsibility is to distinguish documented facts from analytical findings and unanswered questions. A discrepancy requires investigation; it does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing.
Next Bridge is asking for answers that shareholders can verify.
The broader principle is straightforward: an issuer should be able to trace its securities, and an investor should be able to understand the ownership recorded in their account.
Transparency becomes meaningful when the records can be reconciled.
Follow the security. See what doesn’t match.
