If you saw the charge sheet 7 years ago, it shows that the "oversight" charge is about student tuition fees and university accommodation that was requested by the then Free State Premier's office. The PA was charged for refusing to be the state witness against her former boss. Another reason why Shamila Batohi has to be arrested. The charges and prosecution happened just after the ANC "Step Aside" selective rule was implemented. Meaning Batohi was given instructions to prosecute in order to remove the SG of the ANC which is exactly what happened. Abuse of state power to fight political opponents. Despicable! 🚮

This was the "oversight" they were ranting about in the media; that the funds were requested from companies linked to businessman Edwin Sodi. There were other companies they requested from but they only singled out one. Ms. Cholota was publicly humiliated and arrested because she refused to turn state witness and insisted that the funds were to help disadvantaged students. The one time pin (OTP) so called "step aside" was then used to remove Magasule as the Secretary General of the ANC. Abusing state power and resources to fight political opponents. Shamila Batohi has to be arrested for treason and malicious prosecutions. There is just no other way!
