I hate to say this but he's right. I live with it and its gotten crippling to where I have trouble obtaining my goals, I don't feel like I work hard enough, I have to wrench myself away from certain forms of entertainment just to get back on task. And when I do get back on task I quickly get physically exhausted because its taking so much brain power just to focus. I recently started getting help again but its a long and expensive process to find what works best for me. I don't talk about it much outside of my close friends because I don't want to capitalize off of it. Many of us need help and the worst part is, is that it can get more severe as you get older. To be clear this isn't me trying to be absolutely negative but next time you see a buddy struggling offer help or be there to support them. "Just do it" isn't always enough. Stay safe and keep inventing.
