Spent a bit more time in @Blender trying to do a product vis shot of the Samsung S27 Ultra in 4 colours with a better transition than the last one. Also tried adding a privacy display demo to the notification at the top, but it didn't quite work out as planned. Using the leaked One Ui 9.5 update screen seemed like a good idea at the time to make it more of a genuine concept reproduction but in hindsight, a standard Samsung wallpaper would've worked better. All fun and games. If you use #Blender or work on product vis - feel free to send me some tips. @OTOY's OCtane is also a LOT easier to use than Cycles, but maybe that's because I'm used to it.

New Beta Programme Banner - One Ui 9.5 maybe? 🤔 Hopefully the beta starts earlier this year thanks to Samsung moving the release date of the S27 Series forward to Jan/Early February @smasithick coming up in the Google search there 🫡

So I did a bit of polishing 👀 The video could still do with some improvement, (and music) but rendering on my laptop 3070ti it takes about 6 hours for a 12 second video... and it kept shutting down. Made in @Blender and rendered with @OTOY's Octane render for better physical accuracy. I might start a side project and create some renders with some proper UI demo's using @thatjoshguy's One Ui kit and @UniverseIce's latest UI animations. Show Samsung how it's done 😎

Apple Pencil support is actually landing. Galaxy Fold owners had S Pen support years ago... and then Samsung decided to take it away 😅 That's one of the main reasons I didn't get a fold. Hopefully they're cooking up something for the Fold 9 series next year 🤔🙏

Thanks @caren633881, yeah the HDRI's I downloaded to start with were a bit random - and cycles is pretty foreign to me! I'm using Octane this time round and it's looking better already. It's been about 5-6 years or something I think since I sat down and actually rendered something properly. I forgot how addictive it is! I kinda gave up on it when Ai video gen started getting good and Cinema 4d costs so much now. But Blenders pretty cool.

That's not well thought out 🤔 So much for "it's got MagSafe" Useless for using Maps while driving - which is an awesome experience on most other foldables with a MagSafe case on.
