I should add that I went to knock on their door to tell them it needs to seize. They said their neighbor above does the same thing. I asked how that was my problem. He then told me, and I quote "if you have a problem with it you take it to the landlord"

My neighbors above insist on vacuuming their balcony, shit fall down and cover my shit like a blanket. Last time I got a spoonful of ashtray goo and a handful of cigarette butts. This has happened four (4) times. Brought it to my landlords attention. They're now getting evicted.
