I just spoke to Olly Swift, who runs this fishing boat.
At 3am in Ramsgate harbour, a man of African appearance jumped on board his boat, started up the engines, and went full throttle into a wall.
He was trying to get to France to pick up illegal migrants.

So I asked him a simple question: “According to the Bible, what was the major reason Jesus was killed?”
He replied, “I don’t believe Jesus was killed. Allah raised him up.”
I said, “Brother, please, we’re discussing the Bible, not the Quran. You told me that if I followed my Bible, I wouldn’t worship Jesus as God. So, according to that same Bible, why was Jesus killed?”
He came back with, “Your Bible is corrupted. Jesus wasn’t killed. Allah raised him up.”
I said, “Not the Quran again! We’re discussing the Bible. Just answer the question!”
Then came another escape route: “Your Bible is corrupted. You don’t even know the authors. They are anonymous. Jesus didn’t write the Bible.”
At this point, I decided to make things easier for him. I said, “Okay, for the sake of argument, let’s assume I accept all that. But according to the Bible, why was Jesus killed?”
His answer? “The Jews always killed the prophets God sent to them. Jesus was killed because He told them to return to the worship of the one true God.”
I asked, “Where exactly does the Bible say that was the major reason?”
He replied, “That’s what the prophets were killed for!”
I mean, are we having a Bible discussion or a game of religious hide-and-seek? 😂
Do you see the irony? He couldn’t answer a straightforward question about the very Bible he accused me of not following. Instead, he kept changing the subject whenever the answer became uncomfortable.
According to the biblical account, one of the central accusations against Jesus was blasphemy because of His divine claims.
John 10:30–33 makes this particularly clear. Jesus said, “I and My Father are one.” The Jews picked up stones to stone Him, explaining that it was because He, being a man, made Himself God.
John 5:18 also records that they sought to kill Him because He called God His Father, making Himself equal with God.
So, if you tell me to follow the Bible, please don’t be surprised when I actually follow what it says!
The Bible presents Jesus as the Word who became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:1, 14).
He was truly human and truly God.

A baby elephant named Ellie was discovered alone in the wild in South Africa, having been rejected by his herd due to a severe umbilical abscess and hernia.
Ellie remained lethargic and deeply depressed, showing no will to live. Recognizing that elephants are intensely social creatures, the team introduced him to Duma, a retired service and sniffer dog residing at the sanctuary.

12-year-old Lola Daviet was r*ped, tortured, and beheaded in Paris by an Algerian migrant woman.
Dahbia Benkired, a 27-year-old Algerian migrant, "vaginally and anally penetrated" 12-year-old Lola Daviet while she was still alive.
Benkired also forced Lola to perform sex acts on her, then slammed her head against a shower wall.
Images shown during a court hearing showed visible traumatic injuries on her genitals. She also suffered 38 cut wounds on her back and neck before dying from asphyxia, due to being bound with duct tape.
Lola's body was later found in a suitcase near her family home.
Evidence later revealed a possible motive linked to North African folklore about "Zuhri" children.
Zuhri children are described to have traits like blonde hair and blue eyes, believed to hold supernatural powers for locating buried treasures.
Lola, with her blonde hair and blue eyes, fit this description. Rituals to "unlock" these powers can involve horrific acts, including human sacrifice, with one Moroccan incantation calling for the k*lling of a "white and blonde child".
Benkired's phone showed searches for "human sacrifice," and Lola's body bore occult markings, suggesting a ritualistic intent.
After her murder, Lola’s father drank himself to death.
"He drank from morning to night" and "died of grief" in February of 2024, devastated by "his demons", Lola's mother said.
Benkired was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of seeking early release for at least 30 years, becoming the first woman in France to receive this sentence.

When a Manager completely loses the trust of the players, the terraces, and the press box all in one evening, the end is already written. Watching the players openly disregard bench instructions on the grass last night laid bare the full extent of the collapse.
The sheer drop-off in standards over the last year and a half is staggering. The atmosphere inside St. James’ Park has shifted from noise to total numbness, and nobody can blame the supporters who spend their hard-earned wages only to be served up unwatchable, lifeless performances week after week.
Sticking with underperforming senior figures while leaving hungry talent sitting on the bench makes zero tactical sense either. Dropping out of the cup and suffering five losses from seven during a soft run of fixtures is alarming enough, but looking ahead to a brutal winter schedule containing title contenders and a derby, things threaten to get significantly uglier.
Responsibility doesn't end in the dugout either; the leadership upstairs has overseen an absolute mess. Between mismanaged transfer budgets, alienated supporters, identity-less marketing drives and a high-profile managerial appointment that has backfired massively, the club is drifting. The board needs to step up and make the hard decision before the damage becomes irreversible. Relegation is a very real possibility this season.

Restore Britain now considers the entire British immigration system fundamentally illegitimate.
The scale of the betrayal has been extraordinary.
Successive governments have opened our borders, handed out permanent settlement and granted citizenship on a scale the British people never voted for.
There are Conservative, Labour and Reform politicians who are wholly responsible - they must be held to account.
We do not accept that their traitorous decisions should bind future generations forever.
In short - we will not accept the third-worldification of our beautiful country.
From today, November 2nd 2026, every new grant of immigration status or citizenship under the existing system will be reversed by a Restore Britain Government.
We will introduce retrospective legislation to revoke every one of those grants upon taking office.
Those affected will be assessed under Restore Britain's stringent immigration Red List, not the failed rules of previous governments.
Those who meet our new requirements may qualify for time-limited permission to remain - in small and manageable numbers, delivering benefits for our people whilst protecting the demographic security of our nation. Our Red List will ensure that.
Those who do not meet those requirements will be required to leave. Politely at first, then not.
We will abolish Indefinite Leave to Remain entirely, revoke existing ILR grants and end the routine scam progression from temporary visas to British citizenship.
We will also legislate for the retrospective cancellation of naturalisation grants, with the exception we have set out for citizenship obtained through marriage to a British citizen.
The British people have every right to elect a government that fundamentally changes the immigration system - other governments have manipulated the system to import millions.
We will do the same, but to deport.
Restore Britain will not simply slow down the consequences of mass immigration.
We intend to reverse them.
