58%. $2.13 trillion. 18 years. Three numbers that explain why market transparency deserves a much bigger conversation. 58%: The proportion of American adults who reported owning stocks in Gallup’s April 2026 survey, down from 62% in 2025. That includes investments through mutual funds and retirement accounts. Market integrity matters to ordinary families building their future. [source 1 below] $2.13 trillion: The reported value of short positions across US and Canadian equities in July 2026, according to reporting citing S3 Partners. Short selling serves legitimate purposes. At this scale, transparent and reliable records should be a basic expectation. How much of this figure is a measure of illegal activity? [2] 18 years: The span from Congress’s 2010 Dodd-Frank mandate for greater short-sale transparency to the first Form SHO filings now scheduled for February 2028. These filings go to the SEC; public disclosure will be aggregated, rather than identifying individual managers’ positions. [3] Against that backdrop, Greg McCabe’s appearance with @cvpayne Charles Payne brings an important shareholder issue to a wider audience. Nearly four years after the MMTLP trading halt, shareholders continue to seek clarity about their holdings and how the records reconcile. I’m proud that Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has engaged BlueLedger as its first issuer client to independently examine fragmented securities records and investigate potential discrepancies. Our responsibility is to distinguish documented facts from analytical findings and unanswered questions. A discrepancy requires investigation; it does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing, in this case the data is screaming off the pages. Next Bridge is asking for answers that shareholders can verify. The broader principle is straightforward: an issuer should be able to trace its securities, and an investor should be able to understand the ownership recorded in their account. Transparency becomes meaningful when the records can be reconciled. Follow the security. See what doesn’t match. For those that still don’t understand what Benghazi was all about: 🚨So here's the REAL story: Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission. Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA. Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy. It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.” Obama and Hillary committed TREASON! THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not. Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo. Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya. Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

$NWBO “I could sit in stunned silence for hours contemplating the lives lost along the way, needlessly” - @JackAWynn Regulators have sat for decades on a non-toxic promising treatment for glioblastoma and all solid tumors. Maybe because drug and device companies largely fund the FDA arm that reviews new drugs, and nearly half the FDA’s total budget comes from those same companies? The media, which depends on billions of dollars a year in big pharma advertising, has ignored @NorthwestBio’s DCVax platform and will keep ignoring it - until it can’t. Politicians who take millions from big pharma in campaign contributions and lobbying money stay silent. But that dam is getting closer to breaking….
This is an $nwbo thought that I have had for quite some time that I tried to reduce to an article for easier reading.

Conviction. Interesting word. A few months ago I was told to check out the Fort Worth SEC's "team of accusers"... the ones who put this "novel" case together... with a simple search on LinkedIn. They have ALL since magically disappeared from their positions. But they did not get promoted. Most were fired, and at least one could not get a new job. That tells me all I need to know about THEIR conviction. On the other hand, I impatiently await my day in court, with none of these "originators" around to face me, while they try to keep everything under a seal... how convenient... now that i have access to my laptop with all the corporate communications. But that's ok. Once all this is behind us, we will deal with the internet foot soldiers, trolls, and their bosses. This is a complex case, and we are only scratching the surface. Now... for some true DOJ "conviction" I am keeping a close eye on the (incredible) Atlas Trading case, which touches many stocks including $MMTLP/ $TRCH. Those boys declared victory after winning in court for allegedly defrauding their fellow retail investors (~$100 million actually found/gained in their combined accounts), while one of their crew members pleaded guilty. PS.1: Did you know? According to some legal industry experts, "novel" cases are launchpads to transition into a bigger career in the legal industry, where they get to charge $1000+ per hour to defend those who they were once ligating against, on the exact same topics (e.g. recent crypto cases)... PS.2: We all know how "convicted" short sellers are... you got to love their passion... especially after they pay 3rd parties to manipulate stocks with fake reports (not applying a real long/short strategy, but applying a simple disclaimer that washes all their sins under US law) while their hedgefund buddies guarantee success using spoofing, front running and other illegal actions off the exchange. You only need to look at the multiple cases against Anson, including the class action lawsuit brought forward against them by the MMAT Trustee... Makes you wonder how much $$$/hr does "conviction" sell for these days? or is it sold $$$ per post? 🤣perhaps $$$ per space call?🤣 It is money funneled through intermediaries and offshore accounts. It's a well oiled machine operating for decades, globally. The MMTLP community and the MMAT trustee are already cleaning up after their mess, and now @BlueLedgerAI enters the arena. More to follow! PS.3: Very much looking forward to next week.
