Five weeks ago we reported that two Election Commissioners had objected 14 times in 10 months, revealing an unprecedented rift inside the Election Commission.
Since then the Commission has reversed course on almost EVERY move the two Commissioners had
red-flagged.
The last was Form 6.
The SIR declaration is now out of the online form everywhere, including the states where the SIR is still running. It’s a separate declaration now.
With this, the reversal is complete. Let me explain.

किसानों के व्यापक विरोध के बाद वर्ष 2017 में तत्कालीन जल संसाधन मंत्री ब्रजमोहन अग्रवाल ने पेंड्रावन जलाशय को बचाने अल्ट्राटेक कंपनी की 789 हेक्टेयर की लाइम स्टोन खनन परियोजना की NOC निरस्त कर दी थी।
अब पुनः उसी खनन परियोजना की अनुमति जारी कर दी गई है और जलसंसाधन विभाग मुख्यमंत्री जी के पास है । खनन से 117 वर्ष पुराना यह जलाशय खत्म हो जाएगा ।
न सिर्फ़ कांग्रेस बल्कि भाजपा सरकार के भी पूर्व के निर्णयों को कारपोरेट लूट के लिए बदला जा रहा है हसदेव, नंदराज, पेंड्रावन आदि इसके उदाहरण है।
छत्तीसगढ़ को मोदी शाह ने मिलकर पूँजीपतियों की लूट का चारागाह बना दिया है .

छत्तीसगढ़ के लगभग हर जिले में तूफ़ान ने किसानों की महीनों की मेहनत, पूंजी, समय और सपनों को तबाह कर दिया है.
संकट ये है कि फसल बीमा की जटिल शर्तों के चलते अधिकतर किसानों को बीमा का पूरा लाभ मिल पाना भी मुश्किल होगा.
सरकार को तत्काल सर्वे कर के आर्थिक सहायता की घोषणा करनी चाहिए.

मामला रायपुर का है, जहां 150 ₹ का बिजली बिल बकाया होने पर बिजली विभाग मीटर उखाड़ कर ले गया.

In September, @IndianExpress' investigation revealed that two Election Commissioners had written separately to the Cabinet Secretary seeking action against a senior officer inside the EC.
What happened to those letters is now on record.
File notings obtained under RTI by Commodore Lokesh Batra (retd) show the Cabinet Secretariat discussed the letters on August 3 & 4, then decided to do nothing beyond acknowledging them.
The reasoning? Sandhu and Joshi had written in their individual capacity, not as the Commission.
“In the absence of any official communication from the Commission as a whole, any action at this stage may be inappropriate. It may also be construed as interference in the functioning of the Constitutional Body.”
The Commission, as our investigation has shown, had not met as a full body for FOUR months.
