Immigrants need to be hard checked. These people are parasites enjoying themselves in the house Black Americans built. Then have the nerve to turn around and question the people who helped these refugees get refuge
Do Caribbeans have a stronger work ethic than Black Americans? Da’Vinchi’s comments on Funky Friday sparked a HEATED debate, and The Culture Table is weighing in! This Magnolia Cove situation in North Carolina is the ultimate horror story and the absolute biggest reason why you should never buy a home inside an HOA. Imagine buying a house where the HOA fees are a completely reasonable $158 a month. You think you're safe. Then fast forward, the board hikes it to $1,250 a month over the summer and slaps you with a random $10,000 special assessment out of nowhere. But it gets crazier. This week, the developer-controlled board tried to pass a dystopian $7,500 A MONTH fee structure. That is $90,000 a year just in neighborhood dues. Because of the massive public backlash and national media coverage, they "compromised" at Monday night's meeting—by forcing it down to $2,500 a month instead. Think about that. $2,500 a month just for the privilege of living in your own home. That is literally higher than what multiple families in that exact area pay for their actual mortgage principal and interest. The North Carolina Attorney General's office literally confirmed that state law has no cap on how much an HOA can raise fees. If a developer controls the majority of the lots and holds the board seats, they can weaponize the dues to cover legal battles or whatever they want, and force the remaining homeowners directly into foreclosure or bankruptcy. They have the legal power to steal your equity and force you out of a home you own. If you're house hunting right now, let Magnolia Cove be your warning sign. Avoid the shadow government. Avoid HOAs. #Magnolia Cove #NorthCarolina #HOAHorrorStories #RealEstate

Picture selling your house to live on a cruise ship for the next 15 years. Two years in, the ship docks in Cambodia and the company tells everyone to get off. That just happened to about 200 people. And at today's fuel prices, the $120,000 they paid for a cabin covers as little as 15 months of fuel. The ship is the Villa Vie Odyssey. It was built in 1993, sat in storage through Covid, and a Florida startup bought it for about $13 million. Their pitch was simple. You buy your cabin up front, starting around $120,000, you pay a monthly fee starting at $1,750 a person, and the ship sails around the world nonstop for 15 years. The trouble started way before anything went wrong. The company says fuel was running about $1,800 per cabin per month before this year. So someone living alone in a cheap cabin was paying less each month than it cost just to fuel the average cabin, and that's before you feed anybody, pay 156 crew, or fix anything on a 33-year-old ship. Then the Iran war kicked off in February and fuel went through the roof. In parts of Asia the company says it's now $6,000 to $8,000 per cabin per month. And it gets worse, because a ship burns about the same fuel whether it's packed or half empty. The Odyssey can hold 650 passengers. It pulled into Cambodia with 203 on board, so the fuel for all those empty cabins was getting covered by the people who actually showed up. If you were on the ship, you could probably feel it coming. One resident told the AP they'd been hit up for fuel money every two to four weeks. When a company that sold you a fixed price starts passing the hat that often, it's usually running out of road. Now the company says it'll spend 60 days working on a "restructuring and recapitalization." If you paid six figures up front for years of service that just stopped, that phrase should worry you, because people who prepaid usually end up near the back of the line behind the lenders. Most of these folks were promised 15 years on that ship, and they got a little over two.
Passengers have been kicked off an “endless” cruise as the operator blames a massive jump in fuel costs Some paid $120,000 for residency on the Villa Vie Odyssey, but have been left in Cambodia

Harvard admitted fewer African and West Indian immigrants, often used as stand-ins for Foundational Black Americans, and white supremacists are cheering. Plot twist: white admits dropped too. 🤦🏿‍♂️
🚨#BREAKING: Black student enrollment at Harvard has fallen nearly 50% since the Supreme Court banned affirmative action in 2023, dropping from 18% to just 9.3% of incoming freshmen.

These Zionists were 3 of the single most famous real estate agents in New York and Miami. For 20 years they drugged and raped at least 70 women. Guess who they represented? @JaredKushner & @IvankaTrump.
Israeli-American brothers sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for serial sex trafficking —— Alon, Oren, and Tal Alexander—three brothers from a prominent Israeli-American family who once dominated high-society real estate and security circles in New York and Miami—were each sentenced to 30 years in federal prison on Tuesday for sex trafficking, conspiracy, and multiple counts of sexual abuse. Presiding US District Judge Valerie Caproni delivered the sentences in a Manhattan courtroom following an emotional, hours-long hearing where more than a dozen survivors delivered harrowing impact statements detailing years of systemic abuse. During the five-week trial, federal prosecutors laid out evidence demonstrating how the brothers exploited their immense wealth, high social status, and Israeli-American background ties to lure women to luxury properties—including estates in the Hamptons and international locations such as Tel Aviv—before drugging and violently assaulting them while incapacitated. While Tal and Oren operated elite luxury real estate brokerages, their twin brother Alon worked as an executive at their family’s security firm, utilizing their network to shield their predatory conduct. Judge Caproni firmly rejected the defendants' late assertions of innocence and unconvincing appeals for mercy, describing their actions as "monstrous" and likening them to "sadistic, misogynistic sexual predators." The landmark sentencing marks a dramatic downfall for the brothers, who maintained their defiant stance even as victims confronted them directly in court. Federal prosecutors had pushed for life sentences, citing the profound psychological trauma inflicted upon more than 70 victims who came forward to investigators.

Charlemagne is a suspected pedo his words and actions means nothing in the FBA community. Just like this Haitian tether so-called apology it doesn’t mean 💩 either. Anyone casting him in a movie will get cancel as well. FBA will not accept nor forgive disrespect any longer.
Haitian tether Abraham Juste went on The Breakfast Club to tell his side of the story about the“Black Americans are lazy” comment, and he did a whole lot of splaining. He didn’t offer a real apology—just apologized for his wording. This tether is full of shit, lol

You can guarantee that Abdul El-Sayed will prioritize his own people, which is something "Black" politicians never do. "Black" politicians will fight with all their might for someone like him, or a Caribbean, or an African, or a Hispanic, or an Indian who will prioritize their own people and immigrants as a collective before they lift one policymaking pen to help Foundational Black Americans.
Ayanna Pressley on why hesitant black Michigan voters should vote for Abdul El-Sayed: "The people who mean us harm are all working together. So the people being harmed need to all work together. Somebody who has experienced the discrimination of islamophobia, in my opinion, is better positioned to challenge anti-blackness, to challenge antisemitism, to confront white supremacy, and this moment, it demands truth tellers."
