How does food affect you?
Last night I ate nearly a pound of beef, with buns and bacon. I felt exhausted last night and went to bed early….
Today I woke up mentally clear, focused, and energetic.
I feel like the protein kid has been a key factor in the morning.

Taylormade sent out the new #MGPROTO wedge. It looks awesome! Might have to work it into the bag for our 21-Birdie Salute on Independence Day!
Our @TaylorMadeGolf experience at Shelbyville CC was awesome. We helped 17 players learn and understand equipment and ball flight. Some members, some juniors, and a couple really talented kids from Asia and Australia. Golf brings us together 🏌️

Shelbyville Junior Golf Foundation provides resources and curriculum for elementary school PE teachers in our public schools.
To wrap up the unit we host all the 5th graders for a field trip to the course.
We had a great time and the thank you cards are icing on the cake. 🏌️

When I go out to eat I have a different mindset than most.
If I receive terrible service I'll always TIP WELL & leave a note of encouragement & kindness.
I'll think maybe God placed me in front of this person today to be a light, give them hope, & let them see Jesus.
If the food is bad, I'll tip well & never go back :)
I've learned in 41 years of life the happiest, most joyful people on earth think of serving others, making their day, & less of themselves.
It's counterintuitive to everything in today's culture.
That's also a good sign it works because JOYFUL isn't a word I would use to describe most people nowadays.
We are called to be DIFFERENT & be a LIGHT! 💡 ❤️🙏
