His name is Eduart Gomez Ochoa and on May 7th, prosecutors say he got into a St. Paul apartment through a window and sxually assulted a girl.
...DAYS LATER he attacked a woman in a parking lot, tried to grope her, and BIT HER FACE!!
On September 29th, a Hennepin County judge granted him CONDITIONAL RELEASE.
Prosecutors say they BEGGED THE JUDGE not to let him out... but the judge did anyway.
And what did he do with that freedom?
On October 22nd, a 21-year-old woman was cooking at her stove in her ground-floor St. Paul apartment when suddenly a man was HALFWAY THROUGH HER WINDOW.
Police say he grabbed her and tried to pull her outside, she kicked, screamed, and was able to FIGHT HIM OFF!!!
WHY WAS HE EVER WALKING FREE?????????

The FBI just identified over 830,000 fake student aid accounts created with stolen American identities, tied to at least $32 million in losses, with money flowing overseas.
That’s not an outlier. It’s how the system works.
Ghost students, fake documents, stolen IDs, marriage fraud, asylum claims that collapse under basic scrutiny.
The incentives reward volume over verification.
A system that can’t reliably tell real people from stolen identities isn’t a system. It’s a loophole.
Full moratorium on legal immigration until we can actually verify who is applying, stop the identity theft, and close the fraud pipelines.
Anything else is just managing the decline.
The FBI says it has identified more than 830,000 potentially fraudulent federal student aid accounts tied to stolen U.S. citizens’ personal information. Investigators report more than $32 million in losses so far, with five defendants charged and $750,000 in cryptocurrency seized.

However, the prosecutor was fired and the Durham investigation was shut down during Obama's third term ("the Biden presidency). Lisa Monaco and Maggie Goodlander were in charge of the DoJ.
