France has approved a proposal for a new โฌ0.055 tax per GB of internet traffic, and game downloads could be affected.
If GTA 6 ends up being around 218 GB, downloading it could cost โฌ12 in tax under the proposal.
The tax could also affect other big game downloads and streaming services like Netflix and YouTube.
However, itโs not law yet. The proposal still needs to pass through the remaining legislative process in France.

No. AI is software without intelligence or function. If you run a localised LLM on your pc and train it on open source data and your own work, Iโm happy for you to do so.
Iโm even happy for you to use it to generate assets and shit for stuff you make. Because everything it manufactures comes from shit you have ownership of or permission to use.
I love the idea of localised AI as a support tool for streamlining work output.
What I hate is the intentional misuse of the technology by morally and ethically bankrupt supercorpos, the intrinsic data scraping practices employed therein that turns my private searches into data commodities, in addition to the wilful destruction of fiscal, land and water resources trying to chase the big AI money.
The software isnโt the issue. You people who insist on abusing the technology are.

Vou ser sincero com vocรชs: atรฉ algumas horas atrรกs, eu achava que Patrick Stewart fizesse parte da comunidade LGBTQ+. Via frequentemente fotos dele trocando selinhos com Ian McKellen e atรฉ imaginava que pudesse existir algo alรฉm de uma grande amizade entre os dois.
Para minha surpresa, ao pesquisar mais sobre sua vida, descobri que nรฃo. Patrick Stewart era heterossexual e foi casado trรชs vezes, sempre com mulheres.
E os selinhos? Eram apenas uma demonstraรงรฃo pรบblica de afeto e carinho por Ian, que รฉ assumidamente gay e um dos seus melhores amigos. Mas o mais importante nunca foi o gesto em si. Welp, that's it I guess. 6 years, gone. Never seeing my YouTube channel again.
No strike. No warning. No nothing.
I haven't had a single issue on the channel since April of 2020 where I reviewed a Nutaku game. And 6 years later, they just wipe it. I don't even get a link or specific reason showing what offended YouTube so badly? I don't even get a real appeal by a human? Instead I get a nice "get fucked" email?
I'm just... I. Listen, I was a Lewdtuber before it had a name. And despite my passions, I tried to play it safe, to not "overly offend." And make a little box for myself that felt acceptable enough for mainstream. But it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter if you censor things. Or use incredibly stupid/damaging code words to infantalize ourselves, and cosplay as effective communicators. It doesn't matter.
What matters is, if you're an Adult Content Creator (or any variation of Sex Worker), you're always wrong. They don't need proof to justify erasing us.
It's a bigoted & cruel mentality. And I wish they felt shame.

One of the weirdest things to come out of Pondsmith's Cyberpunk getting a popularity resurgence is this weird subset of fans who seem intent on looking at it as though it is a much more "hard scifi" example of the genre than it actually is or was ever meant to be.
Like my dudes, you're talking about a franchise where the so called "AI" are far more like lovecraftian outer gods with a thin veneer of technobabble than they are any kind of believable compsci concept, and yet your complaints are about shit like a mech suit and/or magnet powers?
