Since day one, I get goosebumps when I hear someone say the words, "Manchester United." It just sounds so damn good. Almost like it's a spiritual entity of some sort. Love is a difficult thing to articulate, but you know it when you feel it. I 💝 Manchester United Football Club.

Kuna jamaa alikuwa rafiki yangu wa damu kabisa. Kipindi nina kesi ilipofika 2021, akaanza kujiondoa kwangu. No calls, no sms na kila nikimpigia yupo busy sana. Nilipofungwa kimakosa jamaa akawa anamtongoza aliyekuwa mke wangu anamwambia kwa vile nimeenda kule atamhudumia 😂😂

I’ve tried to avoid watching punditry for years and have all the watch along and fancamming nonsense muted on here but still so hard to avoid all the negativity. It’s so tedious. People like to tell us we’re not big anymore but we’re absolutely still the biggest in the world.

Today, the U.S. Embassy community joined me to honor the memory of all those who lost their lives in the violence surrounding Tanzania’s October 2025 general elections. We remember them, and the families who still grieve and seek answers. As I said to the U.S. Senate during my confirmation hearing, this will not be swept under the rug.
