Brad Stevens said, "This game is about how you act as a teammate. This game is about embracing roles and accepting roles."
Great teams have great teammates.
• They care about each other.
• They commit to the team.
• They own their roles.

“Young people, you need to bet on yourself.
If you think you're that good, you don't need a handout. You just allow your work to speak for itself."
Do not ask to be chosen.
Work until you cannot be ignored.
Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this young man! Great player but a better young man

High school coaches from the same school but different sports should work together. When they collaborate, athletes benefit by coordinated training, less burnout, support for multi-sport kids, and a stronger school culture. One team, one mission, helping every program succeed!
Awesome stuff!
