It's Day 3 of the 9th edition of the #DSNAIBootcamp2026 Special Edition, marking a decade of building AI talent and driving impact across Africa.
Over 300 learners and professionals, selected from more than 40,000 learners who began the journey, have come together virtually and in person for an intensive learning experience. With sessions led by 20 experts from industry and academia across the world, participants are gaining new knowledge, exchanging ideas, and exploring how to build AI solutions that matter.
This year's edition is especially meaningful, with over 90% of participants attending the Bootcamp for the first time. Representing all 36 states of Nigeria, with gender representation across the cohort, they reflect DSN's commitment to making AI education accessible to more people.
As we begin Day 3, take a look back at the highlights from Days 1 and 2, including moments of learning, collaboration, and the people bringing this year's Bootcamp to life.

Day 1 of #DSNAIBootcamp2026 was all about learning by doing!
From Olalekan Akinsande (@Akinsande1) walkthrough on building and deploying real-time machine learning inference systems to Rashidat Sikiru’s (@o_damilola21) hands-on session on building self-healing ML systems, participants explored practical ways to build, monitor and maintain machine learning systems.
A big thank you to Olalekan and Rashidat for sharing their expertise, guiding participants through the technical concepts and making the sessions practical and engaging.
