Statement from Rubina Khan, sister of @ImranKhanPTI , 3 Nov 2026:
– On 2 Nov his lawyer was allowed a brief meeting at Adiala Jail, the first in 7 months.
– Khan reports his blood pressure spiked to 192. He never had high BP, and it was normal a year ago. The family's medical advisors say developing it suddenly at 70+ is virtually unheard of.
– He says the problems began only after more than a year of total isolation, and accuses those holding him of trying to kill him by withholding proper treatment.
– The family demands his immediate admission to an independent hospital in Islamabad, with his personal doctor present.
– A Supreme Court order from August 2026 for treatment at Shifa International Hospital has still not been implemented.
– He survived multiple attempts on his life before jail, including being shot several times in the leg, one bullet narrowly missing his femoral artery.
– If anything happens to him now, the family says, it will be cold-blooded murder.

Pakistaniyo, a blood pressure reading of 192 is not something that can be ignored. Even 140 is extremely high, and Imran Khan has a blood pressure reading of 192. Just think about that.
They are slowly killing Imran Khan in prison. He is not even being given his basic right to medical check-ups by his personal doctors.
Imran Khan has repeatedly said that these people want to kill him in prison, just as they did Morsi. His son, Kasim Khan, has also been raising these concerns repeatedly.

Deeply alarming statement from former Prime Minister @ImranKhanPTI’s elder sister, Rubina Khan, raising grave concerns about his deteriorating health and personal safety.
According to her statement, Imran Khan is suffering from dangerously high, uncontrolled blood pressure and is allegedly being denied the urgent and appropriate medical treatment he requires.
She also raises disturbing reports of systematic abuse, inhumane treatment, and prolonged confinement under conditions she describes as torturous.
Most alarmingly, her statement alleges a serious threat to Imran Khan’s life from Field Marshal Asim Munir.
These are extremely serious allegations that demand immediate attention, independent medical assessment, and urgent scrutiny. Imran Khan’s health, safety, and fundamental human rights must be protected.
