People coming to UK to deliberately use NHS costs around £110-280 million a year. Treating tourists costs £1.8 billion only a small amount of that is charged for and recovered. Uk tax payers should not be paying for the worlds health care. Why is it being allowed?

After 20+ years of govt legislative restricting ever-more of what we are permitted to do in our lives, I really, really would appreciate a govt which believed in REDUCING the burden of legislation and put increasing freedom ahead of imposing further restrictions.

Too many MPs spend their time dreaming up new taxes, bans and complex rules. We need to allow people freedom to live their lives and supply more goods and services. High tax bossy government puts off enterprise and drives the successful abroad.

It’s very, very simple. The Tories have provided record funding to the NHS and record numbers of medics. Perhaps it’s time we took a look at how the nhs actually spends nearly half of all government spending don’t you think?
