My local gin palace @HawkandG in Vienna, VA gets the Guinness pour right, every single time. I'll put Hawk and Griffin up against the best Britain and the Smoke have to offer in terms of food, drinks, ambiance, and vibes. Mitre, Red Lion, Ship and Shovell, Admiralty, Beehive, King George IV, Ye Olde Whitehorse, Keys, The Good Oak, the Grenadier, and the White Horse to name several of my old haunts. But below of Hawk and Griffin to give you a feel of London right in the heart of Northern Virginia. Bar, snugs, darts, telly, cask pumps, the works.
