I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to chase this setup. I think its garbage for the most part, but Id take a slim chance for a widowmaker from on top of a hill to feel alive again.

Just saw a blue, long lived meteor over Lake Michigan from the middle of Chicago. I cant imagine how bright that mustve been away from light pollution

Man. A year ago I was getting ready to make a stupid decision that drastically changed the direction my life was headed. Truly hard to believe how much has happened, and pretty much all net positive

Has anybody tried out the GoPro Mission ILS yet? I’m kinda intrigued by the interchangeable lens option for longer projects I dont want to waste a whole Sony R body on.

100,000 miles, 4 windshields, and 3+ total loss events later, she’s still running strong with dents holes and cracks all over
This feels especially good since I haven’t taken a single photo today

There are a few I could put here, but the only one that matters is Whitman.
STORM CHASERS Post your "I was the only one on that" storms where only you and a handful of others saw the storm. We gotta see more obscure storm photos. For me 4/19/25 Tolar, TX and 5/28/25 Richland Springs, TX take the cake.
