This clip right here is why many countries around the world hate the United States.
It is absolutely baffling to me that someone could sit up on stage with a stupid grin and laugh about violating international law and pass it off as "we can do whatever we want because we Americans are exceptional" 🤦♂️
There is nothing exceptional about the United States. It is one of many great countries in the world. I could make arguments that Canada, China, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Australia, and many other are also "exceptional" in many metrics.
So where is the United States "exceptional" here are a few metrics:
- Obesity: We have one of the highest adult obesity rates among wealthy countries
- Child poverty: We have one of the highest child-poverty rate among affluent nations
- Healthcare spending: We spend substantially more per person on healthcare than any other wealthy countries, and yet are one of the most unhealthy nations
- Incarceration: We rank near the top for the highest incarceration rates
- Gun deaths: We have an exceptionally high firearm-death rate compared with other high-income countries.
- Life expectancy: The U.S. trails many similarly wealthy nations despite spending the most on healthcare
We also are a failing democracy with politicians who don't serve the people and only work to enrich themselves (no better example than Trump)
We start useless wars across the globe and let foreigner countries (Israel) control and influence our foreign policy decisions.
The best thing about the United States is the people and the diversity of our nation. But the US is failing more every day and our reputation has been destroyed on the world stage because of Trump and his idiotic policies
The United States need to wake up. This clip exposes just how lost many Americans are

Mehdi Hassan is one of the best Journalist you will ever see. He is once in a lifetime.
Steve Cortez with his disgraceful arrogance - he believes America is above the law as a country
Steve Cortes (often spelled Cortez in casual queries) is an American political strategist, commentator, and former Wall Street trader who has been a prominent figure in conservative media and presidential campaigns. He is best known for his role as a senior spokesperson and advisor to Donald Trump's presidential campaigns, particularly leading Hispanic outreach efforts.

NEW: 🇮🇱 🇺🇸 TRUMP’S RAPE & PEDOPHILIA OPERATION WITH EPSTEIN HAS JUST BEEN EXPOSED
The House Judiciary Dems have found [Link in the replies] that from 1991 to 1997, Trump and Epstein were “best friends” and “key players” in a paedophilic operation of beauty and child beauty pageants using them as “hunting grounds” alongside other KNOWN-PEDOPHILES like John Casablancas and Ghislaine Maxwell.
EIGHT WOMEN have accused Trump and Epstein of raping them during these six years.
Girls as young as 14 were “FORCED to dance” for Trump, Casablancas and Epstein.
Trump flew on Epstein’s pedo plane the Lolita Express in October 1993. Allegedly raped a young girl in November and had Epstien attend his wedding in December.
This was all public information already, I reported this before on my old 600k account that got shut down. Trump is rotten. Now the house judiciary has investigated and confirmed it.
This should be breaking the internet. This is why Trump bombed Iran. It all makes sense.
Let’s hope after the midterms something can be done about this monster.

Senator @ChrisMurphyCT,
You have told the public that you were briefed on the plan to resume attacks on Iran, that you cannot share its details, and that "the plan is insane." You have said it will escalate the war, break international law and destroy America's commitment to the rule of law. Knowledge of that kind carries obligations.
Public reporting points to what the plan holds. Israeli sources told ABC News the next strikes would target petrochemical facilities to erode Iran's economy. CNN reports US forces could strike within 96 hours of an order.
In April your president promised that every bridge in Iran would be "decimated" and every power plant left "burning, exploding and never to be used again," and said he was "not worried" about war-crimes charges. You called that threat "a clear war crime." In July he told Fox News the United States would "knock out" all of Iran's power plants and bridges unless Tehran negotiated. The stated purpose was never military advantage but coercion: punish the population until its government yields. The UN called such attacks a very clear violation of international law.
If the briefing showed the same intent, you are among the few Americans who "officially" know a war crime is being prepared.
Secrecy does not bind you to silence about it. Executive Order 13526 forbids using classification to conceal violations of law; a stamp cannot convert complicity into a duty. The Speech or Debate Clause protects what you say in the Senate, as the Supreme Court confirmed in Gravel v. United States after Senator Gravel read the Pentagon Papers into the record. Senate Resolution 400 provides for disclosure over executive objection.
Your oath runs to a Constitution that makes the Geneva Conventions the supreme law of the land, and their Common Article 1 requires every organ of the United States to ensure respect for them, the Senate included.
The same duty reaches the chain of command. You said military leaders gave no sign of their private views. Make them state those views on the record: demand that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the CENTCOM commander say, in open session, whether each target passes the military-objective test.
Remind them that a source of revenue is not a military objective, and that the "war-sustaining economy" theory behind such targeting is rejected by the ICRC and most states. Tell every service member that the UCMJ requires obedience only to lawful orders, that superior orders are no defense to a manifestly unlawful one, and that the War Crimes Act follows them for life.
History will not ask whether the plan was classified. It will ask who knew, and what they did.

Hi @JDVance what “attachment” to this land do your Indian immigrant in-laws Radhakrishna Chilukuri and Lakshmi Chilukuri have please? And do you say this racist stuff to their faces or just save it for mainly-white MAGA rallies?
Vance on El-Sayed: We have to understand what happens when our nation gives into these kinds of people with zero attachment to its land or to its history.
What we saw in France, the hatred, the ingratitude, the desire to destroy rather than a desire to build, that exact same cancer that has corrupted El-Sayed.

I genuinely believe that if humanity is to survive, let alone thrive, our greatest opportunity to reshape the world lies in this very moment.
Someone mentioned the phrase "comfortably numb" the other day, in relation to how we live our lives. It got me thinking about the Pink Floyd song, and how we become so accustomed to things being wrong that we gradually lose the impulse to change them.
And isn't that precisely what we've done collectively?
For decades, we've become comfortably numb to inequality, austerity, environmental destruction and the erosion of our collective power. Wars waged, millions of lives lost, public services stripped back, climate action endlessly delayed or diluted.
And through it all, we've largely carried on. Not because we're happy, but because we've convinced ourselves this is simply how the world works.
But something feels different now.
The veil is coming off.
The political corruption, the extraordinary concentration of wealth and power, the brazen pursuit of private profit at the expense of people and planet. Wars, atrocities and genocide met with political obstruction and totalitarian tactics deployed to evade accountability.
Crisis after crisis, each demanding sacrifice from ordinary people while becoming another opportunity for those at the top to accumulate wealth and power.
And alongside it, the resurgence of fascism and far-right politics, telling us our problems are caused by migrants, minorities and the most vulnerable, rather than questioning those profiting exponentially from the status quo.
But I see hope in this awakening.
In Ukrainians fighting for their future, Palestinians refusing to surrender their humanity, and people across the world enduring unimaginable suffering yet refusing to give up hope.
And in the streets of Paris, Albania, Brazil, and America, where people are standing up, demanding change and refusing to accept the world as it is.
But perhaps most powerfully, in the millions across the world marching, shouting and screaming for the lives of others. People they've never met, in countries they've never visited, whose suffering they refuse to ignore.
People refusing to look away. Refusing to be silent. Refusing to accept that another human life matters any less because it was born on the other side of a border.
Different countries. Different struggles. But something profoundly human connects them all.
And that's what gives me hope.
Beneath the anger, grief and outrage, I see something far more powerful.
People rediscovering their shared humanity, recognising that the suffering of others is not separate from their own, and beginning to understand the extraordinary collective power we hold.
But awakening alone isn't enough.
If humanity is to survive, we can't keep waiting for the very political and economic systems that brought us here to somehow rescue us.
We have to connect across borders, organise, imagine and build. Stop treating politics as the limit of what's possible and start creating the momentum that forces it to respond.
The greatest opportunity in this moment is that we're finally beginning to feel again. Byt the greatest tragedy would be to see the world for what it is, recognise that we have the collective power to change it, and to still do nothing.
We can't afford to be comfortably numb any longer.
It's time to stop simply resisting the world we don't want, and start building the world we know is possible.
