#ItaButtrose the chair of the #ABCAustralia is retiring this week. That’s great news for victims of #Australia’s deadliest medical scandal #HIV & #HepC #contaminatedblood transfusions who have been pleading with our nations public broadcaster that they investigate only to be denied by @ItaButtrose. Did ‘Ita’ block investigations due to her role in promoting deadly #Haemophilia treatments that she promised were purified but were anything but? 1400 #Haemophiliacs with hundreds of them being children were killed by #taintedblood. And so the @ABCaustralia wouldn’t go near this as long as Ita was their chair. Now we hope a new chair will lead to the ABC doing its job finally after all these decades of #coverup.
