It's Renata and it's not even close, Varus Renata is a fine pairing meanwhile Kalista loses a ton of strength without Renata
One of the draft discussions we used to have during my pro career was:
When there's one clear best bot lane duo in the meta, which champion should you prioritize picking first?
For example, back when XayahβRakan was the strongest bot lane duo, if one team first-picked Xayah, the other team could take Rakan away.
This would create a matchup like:
Xayah + Support vs ADC + Rakan
Now, let's apply the same question to KalistaβRenata.
If KalistaβRenata is considered the strongest bot lane duo, which champion is more valuable to secure first?
Kalista + Support vs ADC + Renata
Which side do you think would have the advantage?
And more importantly, which support would you pair with Kalista, and which ADC would you pair with Renata?
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on both sides of this draft scenario.

Dhokla isn't just a top laner . He is a full-time photographer. Every game he buys his randuins omen like it's a brand new DSLR and scopes in to adjust the lens. The enemy walks away unharmed, but at least the composition was just right.

Meanwhile his teammates are fighting for their lives and Dhokla is saying, "hold on guys, the lighting at raptors is perfect."
Enemy ults? CLICK. Nice photo. Dragon fight? CLICK. Great composition. Teammate dies? CLICK. Cinematic storytelling.
His teammates scream βHIT HIM!", but Dhokla gives important comms like that the "depth of field isn't right."
Dhoklaβs off stats after a match: Kills = 2 Deaths = 1 Assists = 3. Photos taken = 56!
Dhokla isn't missing his abilities , he is adjusting the focus. Dhokla didn't forget to peel, he is just waiting to take the perfect picture.
