What is your guide of choice for very short pt <5’ for #RadialFirst intervention? Fem diag and referred to me for PCI. Radial Xb 2.5 guide (seemed slightly big!) laser IVUS PCI, 140 cc total contrast. LAD looked like 2.75? Became 3.75. JR4 fit ok in right.
