Imagine a scenario where the military refuses to attack another country because they know the Prime Minister is only advocating it to confer a domestic political advantage on himself. Well, it seems to be happening in Israel just hours before a general election.
Full on crisis underway in Israel as the military is pushing back on a Netanyahu order re Iran

Not sure which is more dispiriting here: - his contempt for democracy; - his ignorance of politics; - that he doesn't realise he is criticising Trump's approach in the US; - that he is being re-tweeted by halfwits.
Brazil is a tragic case study. Once you let communism in, it’s tough to vote it out. They sink their claws into the Supreme Court and do everything possible legal or illegal to stay in power, even after Flávio destroyed Lula (a criminal) in the debate. Stay alert 🇺🇸!

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva came from behind to win Brazil’s runoff election, halting a right-wing wave sweeping Latin America and defying predictions that the 80-year-old political veteran had finally reached the end of his extraordinary career. bloom.bg/4BsvV24 📷: Maira Erlich/Bloomberg

The Hébertists were a highly radical, ultra-left faction during the Reign of Terror of the French revolution, championing aggressive de-Christianisation, direct democracy, price controls and widespread use of the guillotine. Subsequent French republics never officially rehabilitated or memorialised them. The Cordeliers Club (Society of Friends of the Rights of Man and the Citizen) was, like the rival Jacobin Club, a political club founded during the French Revolution and active between 1790 and 1795. The club’s most prominent figures were Georges Danton, and the Hébertists. The club’s name came from the Cordeliers Abbey, a Franciscan monastery where the club’s headquarters was located in the Cordeliers neighborhood. The sign is affixed to the building where the Cordeliers Club met: 13 Rue de l’École de Médecine, 75005 Paris.

Dr. Mark Perlmutter (US Orthopedic Surgeon): In this interview, Dr. Perlmutter states that he treated multiple children with precise, high-velocity sniper wounds. He highlighted cases of toddlers who suffered "double-tap" bullet wounds to the head and chest, arguing this demonstrates deliberate targeting rather than accidental collateral damage. He also delivered these testimonies in briefings before the United Nations youtu.be/314hldiBKlw?si=i_A1…
