@secstatewa and @GovBobFerguson did not consult with law enforcement professionals before implementing this. Had they consulted with, say me, I would have told them how dangerous it is to have undercover National Guard men and women monitoring drop boxes. Voters on the far right might think they are Antifa. Voters on the far left might think they are ICE, and normal people might think they are suspicious people (which they are). They are not trained in undercover operations, nor should they be. They are soldiers. If the Governor and the Secretary of state truly believe they are making voting safer, the National Guard should be in uniform wearing a bright vest with the words "National Guard Observer." I sure hope no one gets hurt. seattletimes.com/seattle-new…

In just these past two weeks we have seen: 1. Widespread civil unrest and riots in France. 2. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Albania. 3. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Italy. 4. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Spain. 5. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Portugal. 6. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Belgium. 7. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Serbia. 8. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Georgia. 9. Widespread civil unrest and an apparent judicial coup in Poland. 10. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Czechia (including an attempted takeover of the Parliament building). 11. Widespread student protests in Greece. 12. Targeted student protests in Indonesia. 13. Localized violent protests in India. 14. An apparently fraudulent election in Brazil where the presumed presidential election winner was forced to flee the country under threat of arrest by his opponent. 15. The uncovering of a Color Revolution plot in the USA led by embittered former USAID employees and ex-military members. That’s a lot to be happening all at once, don’t you think? And the USA is having midterm elections next week. You know, if I was a conspiracy-minded type I might be connecting some dots here. 🧐

ICE Pulled Over a Tourist From 2019. He Was Wearing a Washington Child-Welfare Jacket. Olympia can't tell you who's on its payroll, but ICE can, apparently during a routine traffic stop. On Monday, ICE's Seattle office stopped a car and arrested Stanley Robert Kungu Muthee, a Kenyan national. According to ICE, as reported by Fox News, he flew in on a B-2 tourist visa on Feb. 6, 2019, and simply never left. That's a seven-year vacation, and nobody even sent a postcard. The kicker: he was wearing a Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families jacket and carrying a DCYF ID. Per Fox, he admitted he works there. DCYF confirmed he's been on staff since Aug. 16, 2024. The state's defense is a masterpiece of bureaucratic shrugging. DCYF spokeswoman Nancy Gutierrez said he "provided the appropriate documentation when he was hired, which indicated he was authorized to work," including "a valid United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) number with no expiration date," and that the agency has "not been notified of a change in his status." Translation: the paperwork was fine, so everything is fine. Never mind that, as DHS pointed out, a work permit is not the same thing as legal status and doesn't shield anyone from deportation. ICE didn't bother with nuance. Its official account posted: "AMERICAN TAXPAYER DOLLARS SHOULD NEVER PAY THE SALARIES OF ILLEGAL ALIENS!" and said illegal aliens have "NO BUSINESS" working in agencies responsible for American children. To be fair, and somebody has to be, we don't know what his job at DCYF actually was, and he hasn't been convicted of anything. Overstaying a visa is a civil immigration matter, and he may yet contest it. But here's the real question for Washington. This is the state that mails a ballot to everyone on the rolls, sues the feds over enforcement, and calls itself a proud sanctuary. If the agency in charge of foster kids can't spot a seven-year visa overstay on its own payroll, how many others are there? And would Olympia ever have found out if ICE hadn't pulled someone over first? Five days before Election Day, it's worth asking who's checking the checkers. So, Washington: should every state agency that works with kids be required to run E-Verify and a status check, or is "the paperwork looked fine" good enough?

The Governor says 200,000 Washingtonians will lose Apple Health because of the federal bill. Let's audit that. What's the requirement? 80 hours a month of work, school, training, or volunteering. Or about $580 a month in earnings. Parents of kids under 14? Exempt. Pregnant women? Exempt. And for all of 2027, you can self-report. No pay stubs. No proof. Just say it. So why would 200,000 people lose coverage? The state's own analysis says it: red tape. Paperwork. Missed notices. Renewals that fall through the cracks. Who runs the paperwork? Olympia. Now look at what Olympia chose to fund. Apple Health for adults here illegally. 100% state dollars. About $150 million, kept in the budget during a $16 billion deficit. Gender transition care. If federal money stops, state money covers it. Abortion. Covered with state dollars. So when they say they can't protect working families' coverage, remember what they paid for first. Not just a spending problem. A priorities problem. Audit before ask. Source: WA Health Care Authority; WA State Standard #VoicesUp #VoteTonya44 #RestoreWashington
You should know that 200,000 more Washingtonians are expected to lose Medicaid/Apple Health coverage due to the Big Bad Betrayal Bill. Starting on January 1st, more than 600,000 Washingtonians will be subject to work requirements for the first time in order to keep their Apple Health coverage. These individuals will also be required to reapply twice as frequently. We're leading the nation with our work on an automated verification hub. That will help 400,000 Washingtonians stay covered. If you have Apple Health: ⁣ ⁣ • Make sure all your information is current ⁣ • Look out for communications, including mail, from Apple Health ⁣ • Help spread the word with friends, family and co-workers and help them verify their information

UPDATE: Acting US Attorney Neil Floyd releases a statement: "At his press today conference Secretary Hobbs said, 'It is not unusual for noncitizens to be on the rolls... we have never said there are none on there.' He also said, 'We don't have a system that can identify if someone is actually a non-citizen.' In other words, the State of Washington does nothing to confirm citizenship. They are knowingly sending out ballots to noncitizens and trusting that the non-citizens will not fill out the ballot. Registering non-citizens to vote with or without their knowledge could jeopardize their ability to become citizens. The noncitizens we have interviewed tell us that they assumed they could vote because the state sent them a ballot. It is a federal crime for non-citizens to register to vote. It is a federal crime for non-citizens to vote. At a minimum, Secretary Hobbs should be concerned about the non-citizens Washington is subjecting to possible criminal prosecution and adverse immigration consequences. Washington State is responsible for ensuring that the election system in Washington counts ONLY legal votes. Our objective is to inform the State of Washington and the public so they can take action. There is no longer ANY doubt that ballots are being sent to non-citizens. The only questions are how many illegal votes are being counted in Washington and what will the state do about it. Washington clearly has no intention or ability to identify non-citizens and remove them from the voter rolls."

The public unions appear to be straight up flaunting WA election rules. Google and Meta both ban Washington election ads. (Thank you Bob Ferguson) Their PAC, Beware the Attack on Our Courts, bought $58,000 worth on Google anyway. Google yanked them Monday. Meta rejected them Wednesday. Meanwhile the PDC suspended the contribution cap in the final hour, and SEIU 775 dropped another $250,000 into that same PAC. The SEIU moto seems to be something like “Cheaters never win, unless they cheat enough” Vote Yes I-645,I-001,I-638 My personal picks for the Washington Supreme Court: Position 1: Scott Edwards Position 3: David Stevens Position 4: Sean O'Donnell Position 5: Dave Larson Position 7: Todd Bloom Article link in comments

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will: 1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. 2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority. 3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections. The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.

BREAKING: Microsoft is offering buyouts to 60,000 employees, roughly a quarter of the company’s workforce, under a “Voluntary Exit Offer,” in an effort to avoid more layoffs Reminder: Earlier this month, the Trump administration suspended Microsoft and a handful of other firms from using the Permanent Labor Certification Program, or PERM, which lets companies sponsor foreign workers for green cards. At the time, Vice President JD Vance accused the tech giant of laying off thousands of American workers while bringing in foreign workers to replace them through the H-1B visa system: "There has been no company in the US, unfortunately, that has abused the system more than Microsoft."

If the Pentagon is telling U.S. bases to be ready to operate autonomously for 90 days it means you should be prepared for a complete collapse of every normal day to day function you take for granted for at least double that time frame.

Mossberg just put 20 ROUNDS OF 12 GAUGE into a short-barrel shotgun. And I have questions. The Mossberg 590RM Chisel has an 11.5-inch barrel. Magazine-fed. Folding stock. AR-style safety. And a 20-round magazine that looks completely ridiculous hanging off something this small. It's like dropping a Hellcat engine into a Mini Cooper. It shouldn't make sense. But somehow it does. And here's the part I wasn't expecting. This thing genuinely made me feel like a kid again. Every time I picked it up, I kept saying the same word. COOL. Not sophisticated. Not revolutionary. Just cool. And sometimes that's enough. Here's my question: Would you choose a compact 20-round shotgun over a traditional tube-fed shotgun? And if you're loading 20 rounds… BUCKSHOT or SLUGS? Full review on my YouTube channel.

More weekend reading. The independent journalist @DataRepublican has been on a strong run lately. As I've posted separately, she shared video of WA Sec of State Steve Hobbs simping to an organization and called "Democracy Renewal Group" (DRG) that advocates for violent action against elected governments. Weird. This is something else DataRepublican found from the same research that uncovered the Hobbs video. An essay published in a George Soros-funded publication that advocates for replacing elected governments with government by self-installed "elite." This is the real goal of far-left organizations like DRG and DSA. Despite their deceitful rhetoric, they are ANTI-democratic. Two screenshots: DataRepublican's comments (read that first); and the relevant excerpt from the Soros-funded essay. Also, a link to the complete essay in the Soros-funded publication. If you're a glutton for bad, pseudo-academic Marxist writing, it starts on Page 21 of 209. pescanik.net/wp-content/uplo…

Clabber Girl baking powder has aluminum in it. So do most of the store brands next to it. The can lists corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate and monocalcium phosphate. The corn starch keeps the powder dry so the other three don't react in the can. Sodium bicarbonate is baking soda, and it gives off carbon dioxide when it meets an acid in water. Monocalcium phosphate is the fast acid. It reacts the second the batter gets wet, so the first bubbles form in the bowl. Sodium aluminum sulfate is the slow acid. It doesn't react until the batter passes about 140F, so the second rise happens in the oven. Two acids, two rises, and that's all double-acting means. Sodium aluminum sulfate is the cheap way to get the slow acid, which is why it's in the cans that cost the least. Calumet, Kroger and Great Value use it too. Rumford, Argo and Bob's Red Mill leave it out and use sodium acid pyrophosphate for the slow half. The FDA lists sodium aluminum sulfate as generally recognized as safe. In America's Test Kitchen's blind tasting, a few tasters picked up a faint metallic taste from the aluminum cans and most couldn't tell. The ingredient list on the can is where you find out which one you have.

Who and what is the unelected PDC that just changed the donation rules in the middle of an election? The Public Disclosure Commission is supposed to be Washington's campaign finance referee: enforce the donation limits and make sure voters know who's paying for what. Five commissioners. Nobody voted for any of them. • J. Robert Leach, Chair (appointed by Gov. Inslee, 2023) • Douglass North (appointed by Gov. Inslee, 2023) • Matthew Segal (appointed by Gov. Ferguson, 2026) • Teebah Alsaleh (appointed by Gov. Ferguson, 2026) • Lisa Kremer (appointed by Gov. Ferguson, 2026) State law has one safeguard: no more than 3 of the 5 can be from the same political party. My team checked earlier and all 5 appear to have pulled the Democratic ballot in the presidential primary. In a state where one party has held the governor's office for over 40 years, there's no watchdog watching the watchdog. So 12 days before Election Day, the PDC suddenly stopped enforcing the late-money cap on PAC giving. Candidate limits still apply. The big PAC checks are now open season, and nobody writes bigger PAC checks than the public unions trying to protect a Supreme court made up of a majority of Democrat governor appointees… Even Stephen Paolini, a consultant on Democratic and Supreme Court campaigns, told the Seattle Times: "I think it's horrible timing….It's like we've all been playing an entire football season under one set of rules and then the night before the Super Bowl," a key rule is changed, he said.’

Yesterday at 1453 hours (2:53 PM) I received an email from our county auditor, Linda Farmer. She told me that @GovBobFerguson has offered National Guard resources to monitor our 50+ drop boxes. I asked her if she has received any intelligence regarding any issues we might face. I'm waiting to hear back. I'm confident she has not. This is all political theater.

Michael Malice is floored when Jamie confirms Zohran Mamdani's New York City budget is BIGGER than the entire state of Florida's. Florida has THREE TIMES the people, and NYC still outspends it. ROGAN: "You see, Mamdani is trying to figure out a way to use his budget. His budget is higher than the budget of the entire state of Florida, which has three times more people." MALICE: "No, it's not. Is it really?" ROGAN: "Yes, it is. Yeah." MALICE: "No way!" ROGAN: "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look it up... New York City's budget... is more than the budget for the entire state of Florida, which has roughly three times as many people living in it." MALICE: "Holy… is that true, Jamie?" ROGAN (reading): "Eye-popping amount… insider called 'insanity'… a record $127 billion budget proposal... The socialist city leader's plan includes a whopping 9.5% proposed property tax hike on New Yorkers, which he claims would be a last resort, while allocating another $1.2 billion for migrants. MIGRANTS!" MALICE: "What's the Florida budget, Jamie?" [Malice sees the numbers] MALICE: "HOLY SH*T!" ROGAN: "Yeah, triple per capita. So the Florida House budget is $113.6 billion to $115 billion (proposed), and the New York proposal is $127 billion. So it is more." MALICE: "Holy crap!" CONTEXT: New York City's current budget is $125,800,000,000 for about 8.5 million people. Florida's is $117,600,000,000 for about 23 million. That's roughly $14,800 per New Yorker versus $5,100 per Floridian. Of that, the city budgeted $1,200,000,000 for migrants this year. That's about $45,000 per migrant for the 26,500 living off taxpayer funds.

What the Actual??? WA STATE CORRUPTION WARNING TLDR Who do you think seems more corrupt? 1) The public unions trying to buy Washington's Supreme Court races? Or 2) The PDC, which suddenly changed the rules 12 days before the election so those unions can spend even more? What happened: Oct 13: the 21-day late-money cap kicked in. Max $7,500 per donor to PACs. Oct 22: the PDC suspended it. By "interpretive statement." No lawsuit. No ruling. What it means: In this final stretch, when voters are filling out ballots, the PDC changed the donation rules so there's no limit on what one donor can give a PAC. Checks of any size, right up to Election Day. Who benefits: The unions. SEIU, WEA and WFSE have already given $450K directly to the "Beware the Attack on Our Courts" PAC. In addition SEIU, WEA and WFSE are also the largest donors to New Direction PAC, which has donated an additional $298K to the supreme court judicial “Beware” PAC Until Oct 22, each of them could only give the court PAC up to $7,500 more before the election. Now they can give $500K. Or $5M. No Limits Where does their money come from? $165M+ a year flowing into SEIU, WEA and WFSE. Tax-exempt- taken from their members—each year. 5 Supreme Court seats on the ballot. A majority of the court. How much of the Supreme Court does $165M buy? The PDC just gave the public unions the green light to find out. Want judges not bankrolled by the public unions? Vote. Pos 1: Scott Edwards Pos 3: David Stevens Pos 4: Sean O'Donnell Pos 5: Dave Larson Pos 7: Todd Bloom
