@FedEx @FedExHelp You keep billing our account for customer import duties we explicitly refused. This keeps happening.
We finally reached an agent. They logged the new invoice, then said a February duty charge is still “under review.” They told us to use the same process that already failed.
Then they asked us to hang up first so we couldn’t complete the survey.
Fix the bills. Stop ghosting. Stop hanging up to dodge the rating.
It's worse than I thought. Having @bot scan all past FedEx invoices and found another one for $15,273.14 incorrectly billed to our account.
