30% of airbnbs are owned by people who run 21 or more units. 76% of all airbnb's are owned my multi-home owning people. Not "mom and pop" In fact less than 1/4 are actually what was intended when it started.

Breaking news to all the AirBnB haters: You pay for the cleaning in the price of the room at a hotel. It’s not free. And to compare billion dollar businesses that have cleaning staff at scale to a mom and pop operator is ridiculous.

i think i'm getting rid of chase sapphire card. I had claude run an analysis of my last 12 months of spend and the devaluation has made it really not worth it anymore. Which as as 10 year heavy advocate feels crazy to say.
