A newcomer can start with the two campaign quests and then check the live raffle rules separately. I opened the campaign page on The Republic and found both quests listed under the Quests tab from @Pocket_Dragons_ . After reading the instructions for each one I completed the tasks and submitted original content for review. Once that was done I looked for the VP raffle section on the same campaign page to see the current entry rules. Approved work earns the ordinary 30 author VP. That VP does not automatically enter you into the separate 70 spot raffle and it does not guarantee a win. The raffle has its own entry requirements that are listed on the live campaign page. The raffle stays open until the campaign owner closes it and no closing or draw date has been announced. Always check the campaign page itself for the latest rules because they can be updated there. GTD spots from the raffle provide paid presale access. Normal Road eligibility, authorship, quotas and content review still apply to the regular posts. The two quests are the starting point. Finish those first, then open the raffle section on the same page to read exactly what is required to qualify. That is the order I followed and the distinction that matters.
