Why doesn't this group from "aim team" form an esports team? After all, they could become millionaires by proving their skills.
It seems like most people don't remember Steam's history. It was difficult, but Gabe didn't let that stop him. The result isn't necessarily "what people want" but rather what we've grown accustomed to and consider the standard. This is the result of years of experimentation
It's interesting to see people's reactions to @TimSweeneyEpic. It's like they all think they know how the company works or that Epic is run by people who don't know anything about programming and will just go along with whatever code AI generates.
Funny how when @TimSweeneyEpic fought Apple and Google, he was a knight in shining armor. When Epic was giving out freebies, people practically kissed his feet. But one unpopular opinion, and suddenly he's the enemy of humanity.

🚨 OpenCode flaw lets malicious MCP servers execute code on Windows and WSL when developers initiate sign-in.
Fixed in v1.18.33, but there's no CVE or security advisory. Vulnerability scanners won't flag affected versions.
What developers need to know: thehackernews.com/2026/10/op…
Can I ask a DUMB question? Why is it so popular to ask "DUMB questions"?
🚨can I ask a DUMB question??
I get that OpenAI found a vulnerability, but..
How does ONE company's ONE password effect the entire internet???
Shouldn't it just make their company vulnerable? Is it because by hacking into their company attackers can hack other sites too? If so how powerful is this company???
Or is it something else?
Thank you.
This guy just shared what he does and didn't force anyone to do anything, but people started attacking him as if he were about to kill the Pope.

You need to rewrite the backend in Rust or at least Go 😅

Never use this method! derek1 and derenN are more likely to be completely different people. Build traffic/using analysis processes into your development right from the start; don't filter people out.

First there were visa issues for the WuWa event, and now Uma. What's going on there?
It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby – 7th EVENT: THE STAGE in LOS ANGELES concerts planned for Oct 22–23, 2026.
Although we have coordinated repeatedly with all parties concerned and explored every possible option in our efforts to make this event happen, we were unable to obtain the necessary visas for entry into the US, so we have come to the painful conclusion that holding the concerts is no longer possible.
To all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the show, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this causes, and for announcing this so close to the event date.
Due to this cancellation, we will process refunds for the following:
・On-site viewing tickets
・Streaming tickets
In addition, we are looking into possible responses to Trainers who were planning to attend the concert in person. This will take some time, so we ask for your patience. Details will be announced on the 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR official website.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes to all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the concerts, as well as to the Umamusume cast, partner company staff, and everyone involved who put tremendous effort into making this event happen.
Please see the link below for the official notice:

I just don't understand. Do people have their brains up their asses, or do they not have any at all? OpenCode said that the attack was on the console, but everyone's still wondering, "Why aren't the keys stored locally, blah blah blah..."
We had a security breach last night related to a large scale distillation attack that impacted 1.4% of OpenCode Console users
We have notified them all this morning via email. If you did not get an email you were not impacted, it was a subset of users who had external providers linked
The incident is ongoing so we cannot share more details at this point but we are working with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to remediate
I'm sure there will be a lot of fraudulent claims for compensation from @opencode, even though they haven't actually suffered any losses.
