The Update Constitutional Committee action has ratified. 🗳️✅ Thank you to everyone who helped get this over the line. Those working behind the scenes, reaching out to exchanges and pools, tracking down contacts, sharing information and making sure the right people understood what was at stake, the effort that went into this was immense. Every DRep and SPO who took the time to vote, even though the decision or process isn’t necessarily an easy one, thank you for showing up and participating. 🙏 And @IOHK_Charles. 72 HOURS TO VOTE ⏳ The Update Constitutional Committee 2026 action will expire on September 1 at 21:44:51 UTC. Current voting progress: 🗳️ DReps: 66.07% / 67% 🗳️ SPOs: 37.58% / 51% (The Constitutional Committee doesn't vote on this action). When the action expires, four existing Committee members’ terms will also end. If the Committee is not updated, it will fall to three active members - below the required committeeMinSize of five. Until the Committee returns to at least five members, Treasury Withdrawal, Parameter Update, Constitution Update and Hard Fork Initiation actions cannot be ratified. This could also affect the Dijkstra/Leios roadmap, which will require constitutional as well as technical updates. Increased SPO participation is particularly urgent. Please review the proposal and cast your Yes, No or Abstain vote before the deadline. Whichever way you assess the action, please don’t leave your voting power silent. As we approach the end of epoch 651, two on-chain actions currently require both DRep and SPO votes. ⚠️ Just one epoch remains to vote on the Parameter and Committee Update actions. The SPO Governance page on the Cardano Developer Portal was updated this week to help SPOs cast multiple votes in one transaction, reducing the number of times needed to access cold keys to vote. developers.cardano.org/docs/…
