One thing that did piss me off at the Standard Chartered Marathon is how many people were littering.
People kept throwing the tetra pak water bottles & the cups they were given at the hydration stations on the road.
I was horrified. These are people who should know better.

Renal Patients now finding out that having a benefit package & getting the benefits are not the same thing. The SHA system has been throttled to deny benefits. The approval system is lengthy, tedious & permanently in a foul mood. Very frustrating !
