This post made people so mad that they're trying to deny the Knight's thematic connection to stars lol guys I promise it's not that serious

people spent a year complaining that dess knight would be "too obvious" so 40% of the fandom had to convince themselves rudy knight will happen so dess knight loops back around to being a fandom-wide surprising plot twist again

While I do trust that Ch 5 will fit well into the overall structure of Deltarune I would be surprised if my main issue with Asgore was fixed by the end Mainly because it already happened, it was resolved. I could like him as a whole more but that issue will remain

i've been a bit disconnected from the deltarune community for a bit but wow it is literally like an entirely different universe over there right now. and everyone is so serious too

This scene is both heartbreaking and hilarious w/ Carol Knight because this is a woman who just lost her husband and is so mentally absent that she clumsily bumps into a wall at full speed, and she has to deal with this twink trapping her in a fight. Like shut the fuckb up bro 😭

β€œmy issue with dess knight is that the dess mystery isn’t an active enough force in the plot ..”
MacReady@RoadieMacReadyOct 24
My issue with DessKnight is that the Dess mystery isn't an active enough force in the plot for her involvement with the Knight to be meaningful. Her absence doesn't linger over the plot in the same way say Laura Palmer or Claus from Mother 3. Mentions of her are too scarce. (1/2)
