Pqc is a launchpad on Solana. Every launch, every trade, every treasury withdrawal on Solana is signed with ed25519 an elliptic-curve scheme, exactly the kind Shor's algorithm breaks. Nothing in the token or the launchpad changes that. "Post-quantum" there is a brand, not a signature scheme.
What makes a launch actually quantum-resistant? A hash-based key doing the enforcing, on-chain, that you can verify. satbin.xyz/launch does that: every launch is attested with a WOTS+ one-time signature (keccak256 chains, no curve), re-checkable forever with attest(token); the creator's bag sits in a lock that only a WOTS+ signature can release, not any wallet; LP is locked permanently at graduation.
Not everything trades still go through your normal wallet, and we say so. But the guarantees that matter (who launched it, whether the dev can dump, whether LP can be pulled) are enforced by hash-based keys, not promises.
