This is why so many coaches are over BSN. Doesn’t matter who your rep is: the communication is consistently terrible. I asked for a shipping update on travel sweats (Ordered in September) and coaching shirts (12 that they’re charging $42 to ship) Monday afternoon. Got a “I’ll check when I get back to the office” reply… and then radio silence. Unless his office is in California, and he’s walking there, 3 days is more than enough time to get an answer. 😂 Anyone else dealing with this?
