Turns out I'd been paying Terminix twice for the same house for the last two years and never noticed. My @Grok @Bot caught it, called them, sat through the phone menus, then texted their support line until it was sorted out. I'm fairly sure the people complaining about the GrokBot usage limits don't know what they're doing. They're complaining that usage is getting eaten up, but they haven't taken time to evaluate what they're running, how they're running it, and how often.
