Need help: Our short form videos are bad and we need someone to fix them.
We're looking for someone to take our podcast footage and chop it into outstanding short forms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
That means they:
--> Know the game inside and out (nail the hook, thumbnail, caption, etc)
--> Can spot a good 60-second clip without handholding
--> Try new things every week to keep things fresh
--> Have zero tolerance for messy branding, spelling mistakes
--> Plus points if you know sales (or enough to be dangerous)
