maybe it’s just because i live in chicago but the fact that the median american lives in the suburbs and drives a car on a regular basis just sounds completely ridiculous to me. like i cannot even fathom how that lifestyle works. what do you do in suburban neighborhoods

Why don't motorists use the motorways provided? They spend all that taxpayer money on motorways and the motorists don't even use them, they just use the ordinary roads instead. I cycle around all over the place and have never ONCE seen a car using a motorway.
