๐จ I posted this a year ago. Today itโs now lawโฆ you are no longer innocent until proven guilty. In fact you might not even know youโve been found guilty at all!
๐จ RESPECT ORDERS - You donโt need to break the law to be criminalised in Britain. You just need to annoy the wrong person.
The government is pushing through something called a Respect Order, part of the new Crime and Policing Bill now moving through Parliament.
Respect Orders are civil, not criminal, so they donโt require a jury or criminal standard of proof. Just someone saying youโre causing a nuisance, even online!
โจIf someone complains, that you're too loud, too disruptive, too opinionated, you can be banned from:
โช๏ธPosting on social media
โช๏ธAttending a protest
โช๏ธSpeaking in a public place
โช๏ธEven entering certain areas
All without ever being charged with a crime. And if you break the order?โจwell โฆ thatโs a crime. You could be fined, arrested, or jailed for up to two years.
Itโs pre-crime policing and Itโs about control, not safety. Itโs a ban on dissent.

Does this include your leaflets for illegal migrant men asking whether they would be so kind not to rape our women and girls?
The time for talk has long passed. This government is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to supporting women and girls.
We'll back practical action to confine misogyny to the history books - in public services, workplaces, and online.

๐คฌ THIS IS LOUISE HARRIS
THE CRUEL CARER WHO SCREAMED โI HOPE YOU DIEโ AT AN 81-YEAR-OLD WOMAN WITH DEMENTIA โ THEN GOT JUST THREE MONTHS IN PRISON!
THIS IS THE WOMAN WHO WAS TRUSTED TO LOOK AFTER A VULNERABLE PENSIONER. INSTEAD, SHE GOT DRUNK, SCREAMED ABUSE AT HER AND LEFT HER THINKING SHE WAS GOING TO DIE IN HER OWN BED.
LOUISE HARRIS, 42, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CARING FOR 81-YEAR-OLD ELIZABETH ANNE SHIPTON AT HER HOME IN PONTARDAWE, SOUTH WALES.
ELIZABETH HAD DEMENTIA. SHE WAS GRIEVING THE DEATH OF HER HUSBAND. SHE HAD RECENTLY SPENT SEVEN WEEKS IN HOSPITAL BATTLING SEPSIS.
SHE NEEDED COMPASSION. SHE NEEDED PROTECTION. SHE NEEDED SOMEBODY SHE COULD TRUST.
INSTEAD, SHE GOT LOUISE HARRIS.
WITHIN HOURS OF BEING LEFT ALONE WITH THE PENSIONER, HARRIS HAD DRUNK VODKA FROM THE FRIDGE AND LAUNCHED INTO A VILE, DRUNKEN TIRADE.
SHE SCREAMED AT THE DEFENCELESS WOMAN, TELLING HER: "I HOPE YOU DIE IN YOUR SLEEP."
BUT THE CRUELTY DIDN'T STOP THERE.
HARRIS RIPPED UP ELIZABETH'S KNITTING โ SOMETHING HER DAUGHTER SAID WAS HELPING HER COPE WITH THE HEARTBREAK OF LOSING HER HUSBAND.
SHE ALSO WAVED A LARGE KITCHEN KNIFE AROUND WHILE TRASHING THE PROPERTY.
ALL WHILE AN 81-YEAR-OLD WOMAN WITH DEMENTIA LAY HELPLESS IN HER BED, BELIEVING SHE WAS GOING TO DIE.
AND HERE'S THE PART THAT MAKES THIS CASE EVEN MORE SICKENING.
THE ENTIRE ORDEAL WAS CAPTURED ON A HOME SECURITY CAMERA.
ELIZABETH'S DAUGHTER, TRACY, WATCHED IN HORROR AS THE WOMAN SHE HAD TRUSTED TO PROTECT HER MOTHER SUBJECTED HER TO TERRIFYING ABUSE.
POLICE HAD TO FORCE THEIR WAY INTO THE PROPERTY.
HARRIS WAS FOUND SLUMPED ON THE FLOOR.
AT SWANSEA CROWN COURT, THE 42-YEAR-OLD ADMITTED ILL-TREATING A PERSON IN HER CARE AND CRIMINAL DAMAGE.
THE JUDGE DESCRIBED HER CONDUCT AS "HEARTLESS AND CRUEL" AND CONDEMNED HER CALLOUS DISREGARD FOR THE VICTIM'S WELFARE.
AND WHAT DID SHE GET?
THREE MONTHS IN PRISON.
YES, THREE MONTHS.
WITH JUST 40% OF THAT SENTENCE TO BE SERVED IN CUSTODY, HARRIS COULD SPEND LITTLE MORE THAN A MONTH BEHIND BARS.
MEANWHILE, HER ELDERLY VICTIM HAS BEEN LEFT LIVING IN FEAR.
HER DAUGHTER SAYS ELIZABETH SUFFERS TERRIFYING FLASHBACKS, FEARS HER ABUSER WILL RETURN AND HAS BEEN PRESCRIBED SEDATIVES.
SHE IS EVEN TOO FRIGHTENED TO USE HER EMERGENCY ALARM โ THE VERY DEVICE DESIGNED TO KEEP HER SAFE.
HER FAMILY HAVE CHALLENGED THE SENTENCE, ARGUING IT WAS UNDULY LENIENT.
THINK ABOUT THAT.
AN 81-YEAR-OLD WOMAN WITH DEMENTIA, ALREADY GRIEVING HER HUSBAND, WAS TERRORISED INSIDE THE ONE PLACE SHE SHOULD HAVE FELT SAFE.
THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE WAS A CARER. SOMEONE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT HER.
AND THE PUNISHMENT WAS JUST THREE MONTHS.
ELIZABETH MAY CARRY THE TRAUMA FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.
LOUISE HARRIS RECEIVED A SENTENCE MEASURED IN WEEKS BEHIND BARS.
IF THAT DOESN'T RAISE SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM PROTECTS THE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE, WHAT WILL?

The price of natural gas is the same all across Europe.
That the UK's sky high electricity prices are 'because of the price of gas' is self-evidently untrue. Other countries pay the same gas prices but have much lower electricity prices.
We must look elsewhere for the cause of our predicament
Could it be our 'world-leading' renewables?

It is 2028. Your neighbor posts a joke about the mayor.
No knock on the door. No police. No court.
An AI reads it in a fraction of a second. It matches the post to his digital ID. It flags the post as harmful.
Before he finishes his coffee, his bank account shows a fine. Deducted automatically. His wallet is restricted for 30 days.
No one reviewed it. No one can reverse it. Nobody is even sure who built the rule.
And it did not happen to just him. It happened to 2 million people that morning.
This is what happens when online digital ID, AI, and CBDCs come together. Enforcement with no officers, no cost, and no limit.
UK arrests are the test run. The US is next.
Share this with someone who thinks it cannot happen here.

Did you know that Folic Acid was mandated to be added to Flour without a parliamentary vote using secondary legislation?
Not one MP raised the point at the time in order to introduce a 'prayer motion' to try and halt it?
Since then only Rupert Lowe has come out and backed a petition by Dr Clare Craig which is another method to halt the process.

Some people have criticised @TheEconomist for using a log scale here, because it squashed the top end of assaults.
So here's another way of presenting this, showing just how disproportionate the rates are.

CALAIS: THE CAMPS ARE GROWING
I forgot to mention that Iโve been back in the Calais area since yesterday and will be here until Saturday, with a clear weather window approaching.
Itโs been a few weeks since the last crossing day, and from what Iโve witnessed today, the camp has swollen considerably in numbers.
With the leaves now falling from the trees, much more of the camp is exposed and visible.
The quoted figure of 4,000 people looks conservative to me. Based on what Iโve seen today around the camp, the local supermarket, the road leading to the camp and Decathlon, I suspect the actual number is higher.
I canโt confirm an exact figure, but after years of observing large crowds along the French coast, Iโve developed a good eye for estimating numbers.
Tomorrow Iโll be filming the Calais camp, including its proximity to the lorry park, along with two other lorry locations.
As always, Iโll document what I find and share the footage.

OFCOM: Ofcom was set up to regulate telecoms and broadcasting in 2003. Today, it has more than 1,600 staff and a remit that reaches deep into what we see and say online.
There may be a legitimate role for tightly limited technical and economic regulation. That does not give the state a right to control lawful expression or decide which opinions reach an audience.
Many would argue Ofcomโs online speech remit should be removed, and we should explicitly prohibit regulatory interference in the ranking or promotion of lawful news and opinion.

Peter Bleksley coming down heavily on Alex Armstrong on GB News yesterday for saying right now he would not fight for this nation
I personally think Alex speaks for the mass majority.
Peter - How can you not see the reality around you.
The UK is not the UK of the 20s30s40s
Some towns are unrecognisable as British
In some places you're not even allowed to fly our own flag
For years kids have been taught
British histories bad , we should apologise.. take down our statues and change our road names etc
Masculinity is toxic
White man bad
We have a gov which allows out borders to be broken by boats of illegal males every other day
And punishes men for even silently protesting about it!
Our Gov use lawfare against veterans
They are taking funding from our military
Using DEI policies to discriminate against white men being recruited
They are pushing through ,dogmatically, the give away of Chagos which weakens us militarily
They are pushing ahead giving China - our main adversary in many ways- a major hub in our capital
Our statues have been defaced
Our Christian culture and heritage ignored and often excused and replaced
All our money going to migrants and projects abroad
Pushing nonsense like netzero which nobody wants - making food and energy scarce and expensive ..
Penalising people for driving or taking an annual holiday ( if they can afford it)
Obliterating our economy and manufacturing industry and trashing the employment market
Our Gov ignore a long list of things China and Iran have done to this nation.. and continue to do..
Yet constantly push war against Russia whilst Russia talk peace
And the Gov want to ask people to give their lives?
For WHAT!
The UK in 1914 or 1939 was cohesive - was 99.9% white British who followed the same culture- who were taught to be patriotic and proud, and men were taught to be leaders , protectors and to be masculine .
And the UK was a world leader in many ways . Our education.. our nhs.. our military .. our industries
All that has gone
We don't even have free speech anymore - the UK arrests ten times more people than Russia for speech.
The UK now is not the UK of then
We have no country left to fight for
But maybe one day we will.
@PeterBleksley @Alexarmstrong
