Ladder 3 was one of the first firefighter units to show up at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Sadly, its crew perished in the collapse of the North Tower. Their truck is now displayed in the NYC Memorial.

Was feeling great at 57 just a week ago. Today I'm fearing a heart attack bc of a 🦷 infection that's become dangerous & spreading despite antibiotics. Tooth must come out. Hospitals should offer emergency extraction for uninsured. Dental problems do cause death & its ignored.

Everything takes longer than you think, especially when you’re aspiring to levels of greatness most people don’t reach.
You’re not lost, and you’re not stuck ... You’re just early in the process.
If it’s important to you, keep going, keep your head down, execute, and be patient. If I’m planning to execute for the next 45 years, you can do the same.
And if you find yourself rushing the process, ask yourself why you’re rushing or wanting things so fast. Whose affirmation or approval are you looking for? Then put the focus back on you and get it done.
