🚨WATCH: An 11-year-old Minnesota girl is attacked on consecutive days moments after stepping off her Braham Area Schools bus.
Her mother says months of bullying have gone unchecked and is demanding accountability.
A law passed in 2024 under Minnesota's Democratic trifecta now prevents children under 13 from facing juvenile delinquency prosecution.

EXCLUSIVE: 11-year-old girl attacked twice by 'bully' getting off bus; mother blasts law passed under DFL trifecta
For most sixth-graders, school is a place to learn, make friends and enjoy being a kid. But for one 11-year-old Braham girl, it’s become a place of fear after months of alleged relentless bullying culminated in two attacks at her school bus stop, both captured on video.
Now, her mother is demanding answers from school officials and calling for changes to a Minnesota law passed in 2024 under the state’s DFL trifecta that raised the minimum age for juvenile delinquency proceedings from 10 to 13. The law took effect Aug. 1, 2026, just months before the attacks.
Shannon Kobinski told Alpha News her daughter has been repeatedly harassed and physically assaulted by the same student since last school year, despite multiple suspensions and other disciplinary measures by the Braham Public School District.
Parents and community members are planning a demonstration today to demand stronger protections for students and accountability for those who bully and assault others.

On a new website for the incoming Klobuchar-Schierer administration, Gov.-elect Amy Klobuchar says "I'm not interested in moving our state to the left or the right. I want to move us forward."
During the gubernatorial election, Klobuchar portrayed herself as a moderate, but as governor she will be under immense pressure to appease her party's far-left flank.
The DFL just won big majorities in the Minnesota House and Senate and they have pushed a lot of far-left policies in recent legislative sessions.
We'll see if Klobuchar stands her ground or moves Minnesota to the left.

Speculation is that it celebrates the assassination of Charlie Kirk or other assassinations; the Halloween design has been controversial for years.
The picture was taken Saturday at the Rogers fire station community room.
In a statement to @AlphaNews, Hennepin County confirmed it forwarded the concern to the city clerk in Rogers for review.
“Hennepin County expects polling places to be welcoming and free from intimidation, harassment, or disruption for voters and election workers alike… Anyone with concerns about conduct at a polling place should bring them to the attention of the head election judge or city clerk's office,” the statement reads.
A taxpayer-funded children’s biography of Minnesota Lt. Gov. and U.S. Senate candidate Peggy Flanagan depicts her with noticeably darker skin than she appears to have in real life.
Flanagan’s biological father was White Earth Ojibwe activist Marvin Manypenny, but she uses the Irish surname of her late stepfather instead.
Taxpayer-funded biography of Peggy Flanagan says she had 'mixed feelings' about Thanksgiving
"Peggy doesn’t like how they are taught that Christopher Columbus discovered America," the book for middle-school students says. "She doesn't think it makes sense to say someone discovered a place when there’s already people living there."

Ilhan Omar's ex-husband and alleged brother describes himself as 'gay man' in 'woke slop' research paper
Ahmed Elmi, a University of Bristol doctoral researcher, wrote that studying violence against gay individuals in Africa was "not just an academic undertaking" due to "the complexities of [his] identity" as a "gay man of the East African diaspora."

Minnesota is “ground zero” for fraud, according to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, as federal investigators turn their attention to St. Cloud.
“The task force is very interested in what’s going on in this area,” Bessent warned.
'Ground zero for fraud': Top Trump officials descend on St. Cloud, announce raids and arrests
"The industrial-scale fraud that Tim Walz shamefully, and perhaps knowingly, allowed to fester is a defining legacy of his administration," Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said.
"The fact that we are here should make you think that the greater region and the greater area here, that the task force is very interested in what’s going on in this area," he added.

While much of Minnesota’s media moved on after Andy Luger’s 2016 letter, Alpha News kept digging - examining marriage records, tax filings and other documents. The reporting was dismissed as racist and conspiratorial.
A decade later, Omar faces a federal investigation and allegations extending beyond the alleged sham marriage, including questions about her legal name, actual birth date and naturalization process.

A little louder for those in the back.
For a decade, @MBFC_News has given @AlphaNews a “low credibility rating” as a news source over our reports on Ilhan’s marriage to her brother. We’ve repeatedly asked them to change their page on us that is filled with inaccurate and outdated information.
The New York Times is now reporting the same information, 10 years later…
