Honored that @Forbes called this “the kind of case pardons were made for.” I don’t take that as a trophy. I take it as someone finally acknowledging the whole record. Army combat veteran. Iraq, 2003-2004. Kentucky Veteran of the Year. Kentucky Veteran Hall of Fame. Continued service to Veterans throughout the COVID pandemic recognized in Congress by @SenRandPaul. We built our nonprofit Veteran’s Club Inc. Took no salary. The mission was free programs for veterans who were mentally hurting and suicide prevention. I went to trial because I could not plead to what I did not believe I did. I still believe that. I also went to prison. I came home and went back to serving Veterans & the Justice Impacted through reform. A pardon would not rewrite the past. It would tell the truth about a life that was turned upside down by a weaponized government under the Biden Admin.

My integrity is not negotiable. When faced with the choice between a compromised plea and standing firm in truth, the decision rests on character and the protection of family. True resilience means refusing to fold under pressure.

Under Joe Biden Administration, did you know that they charged, convicted & jailed @JeremyWHarrell for, VOLUNTEERING too much? Yes, you read that right... see my pinned post.
I’m glad more & more people are discovering my case and are getting fighting mad for the exact right reason. Disabled Iraq combat vet. Founded a highly effective nonprofit to help veterans heal. Never took a paycheck. Charged and sent to prison anyway for “volunteering too much. ” The story is exactly as absurd as it sounds. Grateful this is still reaching people who get it.

Absolutely two of the very best we can have in Congress representing the great state of Iowa.
Iowa Holds Two of the Country’s Biggest Battleground Races Veteran Action endorses @millermeeks and @NunnForCongress. Both served in uniform. Both champion veteran policy in Congress and deliver for those who served.

Evidence confirms there is no VA regulation restricting volunteer work. Prosecution for a non-existent rule is a profound failure of due process. Watch the full breakdown to understand how this case was built on a legal fiction.

Nothing felt like a bigger betrayal than seeing “United States of America vs. Jeremy Harrell." I served this country honorably in peace and war. I served my fellow Veterans and First Responders who were struggling with the same tenacity. The result was walking into a federal prison past the American flag that I gave so much to. The story is worse than it sounds.

I think the best and most effective thing we can all do right now is to fervently PRAY for President Trump, his Cabinet, and the US Military. He can’t do the things we need him to do as the leader of our country without Jesus and I’m relieved that he knows that as well.

Witnessing a year of life-saving work for veterans only to be accused of wrongdoing is a failure of logic. If genuine service is labeled as crime, who does that actually serve?

Simon Conway gave me a full hour on @WHORadio, Iowa’s most established and influential political talk radio show. Simon mentioned that I’m only the second guest in the show’s history to receive that amount of time after President Trump. I’m very grateful for that opportunity. We used that hour to examine the evidence presented at trial, the full record of my weaponization case, and my ongoing clemency effort. Listen: iheart.com/podcast/92-simon-…

WHY DID TRUMP GIVE A CONVICTED DEMOCRAT A SECOND CHANCE? Governor Rod Blagojevich spent EIGHT YEARS in federal prison before President Trump commuted his sentence and eventually pardoned him. But here's what the political talking heads keep missing... Trump's approach to second chances goes WAY beyond one governor. From the bipartisan First Step Act to presidential clemency, there's a deeply compassionate side of his presidency that doesn't get enough attention. And I've got a message for the people who think one mistake should define somebody forever: NO FAILURE IS FINAL! I dug into why I call Trump "THE MERCY PRESIDENT" in my latest segment on "Early Bird With Ed Martin," on @RealAmVoice! WATCH! 👇

Equine therapy is transforming lives by helping veterans process trauma and build resilience. Through partnership with these sensitive animals, families are being restored and confidence is being rebuilt one obstacle at a time.

An Iraq War Veteran. A federal conviction from a weaponized Biden DOJ / VAOIG. A fight for justice that is far from over. TONIGHT at 6 PM ET, I join Simon Conway for a FULL HOUR on NEWSRADIO 1040 WHO— Iowa’s most established political talk-radio platforms, hosted by a man who has interviewed President Trump and senior White House officials. We’re going beyond the headlines to examine the trial evidence, the unanswered questions, and why I continue to fight. This is a conversation you won’t want to miss. 🇺🇸

Well done @nickshirleyy. It was great meeting you in DC, you’re a brilliant young man. I’m glad to see that you were recognized by @realDonaldTrump at the Oval Office and the first recipient of the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program (WHIP).

True evidence shouldn’t be overridden by public perception. When investigations rely on media interviews rather than medical facts, justice is compromised. Confirmation bias has no place in an objective evaluation. The full record is what matters. @diamondandsilk

Imagine being praised for your work with veterans one minute, then handed an indictment for theft the next. The disconnect between the compliment and the accusation speaks volumes. Sometimes the most surreal moments are the ones that demand silence. #Justice #Truth

It is not about the work, it is about the voice. Society demands silence as the price for compassion. Supporting veterans is seen as a problem only when it highlights the failures of the system. Speak the truth and watch how quickly they judge you. #Veterans #SystemicChange
