Don't generalize all Nebraskans. There's a reason Trump was in NE. NE02 (Bacon - Omaha) has been basically conceded by the Republicans (flip). Ricketts/Osborne are within the margin of error. Republican Governor is only +5. NE01 (Lincoln) moving more blue.
