What’s more likely:
UK court is corrupt, Amber is renting Elon’s baby, she started plotting Depp’s ruin in the 1st year, bribed witnesses despite being broke & got a TRO w/ fake bruises.
OR
A drunk addict with a history of violent, jealous, controlling behaviour was abusive.

It's not lost on me that I have received a huge amount of hate from so-called "leftist" accounts since posting my hijab-inspired secular accessorization costume

They were probably just drunk and gave away their stuff and then regretted it in the morning. Men who invite women to their house are probably the type to make false accusations anyway.
apropos of nothing, 2 core tenants of fascism are
- obsession with a plot
- the enemy is both too weak and too strong
J.K. Rowling has published a new essay defending her views on the trans community and calling out trans activism in the 21st century for being "elitist."
"My views haven't changed... what to me represents no change at all in my political or ideological outlook has, in recent years, seen me and women like me subject not only to criticism but also to death threats. This is because we oppose the current, dominant strain of trans activism, which holds that a man who declares himself a woman is, literally, a woman, and is therefore entitled to be treated as a woman in all contexts..."

Fascist has a definition. It’s not a word that means “thing I don’t like.” TERFs are fascists. I don’t say that flippantly. Here are the 14 defining characteristics of fascism in relation to TERFs.
it feels like everything is just going to get worse forever. like we hit the decency tipping point and it’s all down the degeneracy hill from here

@megynkelly exposes the truth about Amy Acton. It’s uncomfortable, but every voter in Ohio should watch every second of this.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Court records corroborate that Amy Acton's stepfather was charged and indicted in 1978 for raping her as a child, after which she and her brother were removed from their mother's custody.

trying to get the average frat guy to understand consent:
“imagine a burger…”
Replying to @dmoonlives
You go into a food joint, and order a burger.
You tell them to add some sauce to it.
They pour sauce, then you say that’s enough sauce.
Consent was given to pour sauce, then revoked bc you didn’t want any more of it.
Revoking is important because it gives the person the right to set boundaries

The @nytimes has a massive new story, exposing that Justin Baldoni's PR firm and lawyer, Bryan Freedman, are allegedly involved in campaigns to destroy the reputations of at least 6 other women, not including Tamara Rubin and Min Hee-jin.

these fears are not legitimate. win the darwin award or don’t.
My friend has surgery coming up in a few weeks and did not take the Covid vaccine. She is genuinely worried that, if a transfusion becomes necessary, she could receive blood from a vaccinated donor, and she is also concerned the hospital might administer a flu or COVID vaccine during her stay. Those fears are strong enough that they are causing some people to delay or avoid procedures they actually need.
She is not alone, these are legitimate fears that many of us have.
why was the guy who doxed this guy suspended for doxing but the .@mtracey account is still here?
After identifying Jane Doe earlier tonight, I have now removed the information I published. Why? Because the principle has been served: to underscore that permanently anonymizing litigants who make sensational, spectacular, reputation-destroying claims about others -- so long as they can self-declare some form of victimization -- cannot be countenanced.
It's destructive, and an egregious abuse of the legal system by huckster plaintiff's lawyers. This practice has to end. Lawyers who seek to monetize this sleazy tactic should have to think A LOT HARDER about the claims they're willing to throw out into the public domain, using impressionable clients who may not even know what they're getting themselves into.
So why have I now removed her information?
Because I don't believe she's the main "villain" here. I primarily blame the bottom-feeding, media-manipulating, sleazebag lawyers who've made a whole cash-grab industry out of this racket.
Thomas Giuffra in particular has a lot to answer for. He's the central reason for the current debacle.
Given the intense nationwide and global interest in this case, I don't want to bring any further negative attention to this woman. I don't believe she ought to be punished or subjected to any retribution or humiliation. I believe a RATIONAL solution is necessary here. Not more character assassination -- of her, the seven young men, or anyone else. Truly, that is my genuine view.
I also recognize there are unique factors that must be taken into account given the hugely outsized publicity of this case.
So that's why I have removed the information. The aforementioned principle has been served: eroding the premise that anyone who claims any form of victimization is entitled to permanent anonymity, even as their lawyer(s) use the courts -- aided by a compliant media -- to name & shame others for the most heinous of crimes. No matter how lacking in credibility their own claims might be, or contradicted by mountains of other evidence.
That's all I ever sought to accomplish here. Not to impugn this young woman on a personal level. I have no animus toward her, and never have. I sincerely wish her the best, and hope her life is not defined by this calamity.
I completely stand by the accuracy of what I reported as to Jane Doe's identity. This is not a retraction -- it's an independent discretionary judgment I alone have made. No lawyers or anyone else have influenced this decision.
