Excited to be on the schedule to speak at the GSCA Strength Clinic! Programming for multi sport athletes in the rural setting is a must and I’m fortunate to work with some of the best in Taylor County

If I wouldn’t do it, then I wouldn’t ask an athlete to do it #inthearena

Don’t stop moving the needle in Season!!! Just have a plan. See a bye week? Start progressing to 90% training max in the 3 prior weeks and then GET BETTER ON THE BYE WEEK! Season is too long to “maintain” what you built Jan-Aug

Sights and sounds from a successful developmental group max clean day!

Couple more clips From the summer. This year I took on some private clients at a local gym. Never too good to get some extra work + the Zercher chronicles

Couple summer training clips of the guyz

315 for the power and the split jerk double at 0530 Discipline > motivation

Nothing like slinging three 45’s!!!

Jerk recoveries, seated vertical, barbell cycling… build, build, build
