Hi!
Holocaust historian here. Let me see if I can help. That wasn't a "weird salute." It was a Hitler salute. Because Elon is a fucking Nazi.
Hope that helps!

BREAKING: DPR has canceled the ratification of changes to the election rules, meaning that the Constitutional Court ruling will take effect in this year’s Regional Election.
Still trying to get my head around this one 👇🏼
Explanation. Of course this is not going to be comprehensive, so please do your own research! #KawalPutusanMK
🎥🔊 The last of my "sights and sounds" from Nepal. This set is from the last episode, showcasing beautiful scenes at the roof of the world...
I could spend years filming out here and never get bored 😍
I really liked the full-circle feeling on arrival at Muktinath Temple. To have crossed the Thorong La Pass and found ourselves among the temples and worshippers of Nepal once again, just like we had been at the start of this adventure, back in Kathmandu🏯
🎥🔊 The sights and sounds of life in Manang
When you get this high up in the mountains, it starts to get real quiet. Less people, vehicles and human settlements…a lot less noise 🙏🏼
🎬 “It was a weird sensation. You’re suffering so much…but this is what you asked for”
Taking on the Thorong La Pass with a severe bout of altitude sickness remains the hardest thing I’ve done so far, and I hope I never feel like that again 😂
🎥🏔️ Well…here we are. Part five – the final part – of Notes from Nepal is now live on my YouTube channel! To watch, you can click the link in my profile.

Thanks to all of you who've been watching this - it means the world 🙏🏼
📷🐆 One of the highlights from making this film was having the chance to sit down with photographer Tashi R Ghale and chat about his many years of experience documenting the snow leopard through both photos and video.
A lovely guy and incredible work he's doing in Manang!
🎥🏔️ Part four of Notes from Nepal is now live on my YouTube channel! If you’re wondering what it’s like to get altitude sickness, this one’s for you

Spoiler: it really sucks.
I'm sick of seeing great outlets and platforms for much-needed, high-quality journalism like this getting shut down due to funding cuts ☹️ are we just going to end up with a void of useless drivel?
Well, it's official: @hakaimagazine is ceasing publication at the end of the year because our funding is being cut. I'm incredibly sad for my colleagues, for the freelance community, for the journalism ecosystem as a whole, and for myself. Editing for Hakai has been a dream.
We had a blast working on this one. Got to hang out with an amazing guide in Angel, learn a tonne about HK AND eat delicious street food all day 😋 have a read 👇🏼
My first story for @Adventurecom is probably one of my favourite things I've written (and not just because it involved eating my way around Hong Kong).
Thank you @no_fixed_plans for the tasty commission 🍜

🎥🔊 The sights and sounds of life in the Himalayan mountains.
It’s not only the landscape and cultures that begin to shift as you walk the Annapurna Circuit, but the soundscape too…chanting monks, melting water, avalanches. These are the sounds that take me right back

someone who works for the airport told me that if you get very close to the baggage carousel and block everyone else while you wait for your bag, it’ll arrive faster. it arrives even faster if you bring your whole family right up next to the carousel
