Since September, @TacBuild's TVL is down ~70%, I'd like to think the decline isn’t purely market driven I see it as a coordination problem, a messaging problem, and more importantly, a revenue problem And this is where most people get TAC wrong: TAC is a B2B chain You don’t measure its growth by charting $TAC candles… You measure it with: • integrations, • MiniApp penetration, • LP efficiency, • and ultimately, revenue generated onchain. If TAC captures real revenue, the treasury can justify scheduled buybacks… …and the token appreciates organically, not emotionally But right now the ecosystem is fragmented: • Users don’t understand why apps matter • Builders don’t know what APAC Telegram users actually want • Liquidity inflates and drains with no narrative gravity • No central hub tracks the data that proves TAC’s value This is the gap TAC needs to fix before the next wave of integrations land. And it’s why @JournalTac is evolving The TAC Journal looks to evolve into: → a research & analytics layer for TAC, → a data-backed narrative engine, → a centralized pulse for metrics, trends & ecosystem intelligence, → a community alignment hub for @TacBuild. Not to “save TAC” But to help the ecosystem understand itself again.
