I felt like I was time traveling from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. It felt like 15 minutes, whereas 9:00 to midnight felt normal" "The hours I really needed to settle in and enjoy just vanished. And then someone's banging on my door, 'Dude, you're late, what the f*ck?' And I'm still sideways" "So I'd pop half a Xanax, hit the pillow, and try to meditate with a body just vibrating from crack all night" "Then I'd hit the shower and say, 'I only have to navigate from this shower to the next shower.'
