There is no mystery here. Airlines have been given alternatives during redevelopment. Why are critics creating confusion where the arrangement is clearly explained?
They can either shift to Navi Mumbai or temporarily suspend their Mumbai operations. Neither option means permanently surrendering their original slots.
Those slots can be restored once the old terminal reopens. This clarification deserves as much attention as the headline itself.
So, where is the permanent eviction? Stop confusing a temporary transition with a permanent shutdown just to build an anti-Adani narrative.

Certain airline operations may be suspended during the redevelopment period.
The opportunity to reclaim slots after reopening is part of the arrangement.
